Rome by Night- A Must for your trip to Rome!

Rome by Night, was a great tour. There are many to choose from, but we selected this one because of the following: 1. Pick you up and drop off at your location 2. Started later than other tours- 8:00 pm- to see everything lit up 3. The stops that were listed. However, what made the tour even better was our guide, Dan Red, he spoke with us about what we had already seen and what we hadn’t and then adjusted the tour accordingly. Our VRBO was right near Trevi Fountain and we had seen it many times so we were able to skip that and see St. Peter’s Basilica at night instead. We had seen some of the locations by day, but at night, when it was cooler, less crowded and with the sun setting, made for exceptional pictures. Not to mention that at many of the locations, there was live music. The golf cart could hold 7 passengers and was very comfortable with seatbelts available for all. Our tour guide never made us feel rushed and we were able to spend as much time as we wanted at the locations. The information he provided to us at each stop was fantastic and was the right level of fun and informative. Dan even took pictures of our group at some of the key locations so that we could all get in them. Our tour guide knew so many other drivers and some of the restaurant people, that he was waving at almost everyone!

A great evening on a golf cart!

The fastest 2 hours on a golf cart! We had a great time and saw and learned so much. The nighttime perspective was definitely an additive experience to our time in Rome. As with most tours, the tour guide makes or breaks the tour. Alessia was fantastic! She was very knowledgable and because she knew her way around Rome through all the side streets and back alleys, we were able avoid and/or go around congested areas. That helped us cover so much ground and see more sites in our 2 hours.

Had the best time! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and funny. He took us to some amazing spots in Rome, even off the beaten path. Our favorite was the Borgese Park and Orange Park where we seen the Dome as an optical illusion.

Great way to see the city! Our guide, John, was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating to our needs/requests. We hit all the major attractions in our 2 hour trip and never felt rushed. Highly recommended!
