Do not expect any consideration if events change outside of your control. I booked a tour and they requested I change to an earlier time that meant I had to rush from the airport. When my flight was rebooked and I could not arrive in time, I notified them before the tour time but they did not reply and denied a refund when contacted by Viator. Not somebody I would want to do business with

The golf carts go over very bumpy streets and it became quite an unpleasant experience, especially after 3 hours. One could easily get nauseous. Also, hard to find the meeting point.

What a wonderful way to see Rome!!!! We highly recommend this tour over the hop on bus if you’re able to do this because you can go down side streets that the bus won’t capture and the tour guide Syria is very knowledgeable. Very wonderful tour!

if you are in the rear seats, you will be looking at traffic not the sights being talked about. you can get off at stops and see things, but the rest is pretty much wasted if you are facing backwards.

Our tour guide was Fabrizio and he was one of the top 3 guides we have had EVER!!! He spoke excellent English and did not rush his words. His knowledge of the history of Rome was phenomenal. He was a very attentive and courteous driver as well. We highly recommend this tour and if you get Fabrizio as your guide you will love it even more!!

We had Edmund as our tour guide for the trip and he was magnificent. He was very elegant & engaging.
A Roman who was very knowledgeable on history of buildings and facts on our tour. We had frequent stops for 10-15 mins which gave us plenty of time to take additional photos.
We booked the 3 hour tour at 17:00 and was perfect with night time views of St Peter’s square etc.
The tour did overrun by about 45 mins but this was not a problem and showed how Edmund wanted us to have the best experience.
We were equipped with ear pieces & small voice pack which allowed us to listen without Edmund having to raise his voice whilst in some busy traffic areas.
Definitely worth the fee as we were able to see a lot of the city in one tour.

Really good tour of a lot of the sights in Rome. We didn't get to see the Colosseum though because we ran out of time. (The tour ended up being just less than three hours.) Fabrizio was super knowledgable and accommodating. He showed us the pyramid of Rome which we wouldn't have seen without this tour. Thank you!

After checking with your driver, he confirmed that during the tour the group collectively decided not to stop at the Colosseum, as most of you had already visited it or were planning to visit it in the following days. For this reason, you all agreed to explore something different instead, including the Pyramid of Rome and other alternative highlights.
He also confirmed that the tour lasted the full 3 hours, as originally scheduled. Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize if there was any perception that the experience felt shorter than expected.

From our first introduction to Stephano, to our final goodbye, he was absolutely fantastic, and made our tour incredibly memorable. Very easy way to see so many Rome landmarks in a brief period of time. Our guide Syria was the best!! Not a lot of time at each location but the guide shared the history and showed pictures of what the original monument looked like, explained the meaning behind words, the myths and stories. Great driving the cart, even with Rome traffic!

A must do if you are visiting Rome for a vacation. This tour will take you to most of the must see locations and it will definitely save your legs and feet from walking. Our tour guide Jamie was extremely excellent! Very perfessional and a pleasure to be with. He gave us plenty of time at each location to look around and is very knowledgeable on his facts. I highly recommend you try this if you want to see all the highlights in a day.

The overall experience is hard to comment on as where we were seated at the rear the golf buggy which meant we see everything after the event and when the guide announced the tourist attractions we had to look on the opposite side as to what he was announcing this was not ideal for 3 hours. We tried to get another visitors to swap seats halfway through and they refused as they were in a party of 4.
The time of our trip was originally at 11:00am it was changed to 2:00pm and then 3:00pm😡But we had no alternative. Stevan is a very good enthusiast guide which was great👍

We are truly sorry to read about your experience, as this is the very first negative review we have received for this tour, which honestly surprised and saddened us. Our golf cart tours are carefully organized so that all guests can enjoy the sights equally, and there are also several stops where participants get out of the cart to explore the locations together with the guide.
We would also like to clarify that the golf cart seating layout is fixed by design, and unfortunately we are not able to modify or rearrange the seat configuration of the vehicle.
We have spoken with Stefano, who confirmed that regular stops were made during the tour to allow everyone to properly see and experience the attractions.
Regarding the time change, this was proposed in order to avoid unfavorable weather conditions and possible rain, with the intention of ensuring a more comfortable experience. The change was suggested, and guests were welcome to keep their original time if preferred.
We truly regret that the seating arrangement affected your enjoyment and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide the experience we always aim to deliver.
