I highly recommend this way to see Rome. We did a bus tour last year and this way was 10 times better. Our guide Francesca was amazing. It's open air, easy to see things. We stopped several times for pictures, pizza, gelato, bathroom. Francesca was like a personal guide answering all our questions. You won't be disappointed!

This was a great tour lots of good sites and informative. Not realizing it would take almost half an hr to get a cab to the meeting point, we missed the start of it. I did send a message to the tour operator and he responded pretty fast, which happened to be at the same time we finally got a cab. He had our cab driver drop us off at a different spot and the tour guide (Eddy) picked us up. Eddy was the best. Being that we missed some of the tour he looped back around so we had the full experience. During the other sights we visited Eddy was very respectful of other tours happening at the same time. He made sure we all got pictures, even taking them for us. The pizza and gelato were fantastic! Since this was a night tour that ended late, he also made sure to drop off everyone at their hotels, which I thought was really a nice thing to do. I know this review is longer and if your still reading it, thank you for staying with me. If you book this tour I hope you have Eddy because he really was the best!

This tour was so much better than what we thought it would be. Eddie, our guide, was so informative and his passion for Rome really shows through. His English is fantastic and was so enjoyable to be around. Took us to so many places that the Big Bus Tours couldn't get anywhere near. If you want to see the real Rome without having to look where you're walking instead of at the sights, this is the tour for you! Absolutely highly recommend.

Luca was the BEST! The other people on our tour bailed, so it ended up just being myself and my boyfriend for a personal tour. It was so great! Easy to see a ton of Rome sites in a short amount of time, especially in the summer with the scorching heat, this was the best way to do it. The pizza and gelato were a great added touch. Our tour guide even threw in an extra stop and dropped us closer to our hotel than the starting point. Luca made the experience one to remember. Very personable, fun, and a true Roman who knew the history. As I learned on our tour - makes sense in Rome! Thanks for a great tour! Would definitely recommend this tour to others!!

We had a great time on our evening golf cart tour of Rome our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned a lot throughout the evening. . It’s a fantastic way to get an overview of the city, especially if it’s your first day.
One thing to note: while many of the photos show carts with just 5 passengers, some carts hold up to 7, so don’t be surprised if you’re paired with others. We had another couple join our party of 4 (who arrived late), so it’s a good idea to allow extra time and be considerate—don’t be the ones delaying the group!
We rotated rows every hour, so no one was stuck in the back the whole time. The back row is fine for photos, but you’ll miss some of the details since you’re often looking at sites the guide hasn’t pointed out yet. They do provide headsets, which help, but visibility and timing are a bit off in the back.
Highlights included a stop for gelato near the Pantheon and a visit to Pizza Florida—both were delicious!
Overall, a fun, informative, and convenient way to see Rome. Highly recommend for getting your bearings in the city.

We were able to see all the highlights, take pictures and hear all about the history. Antonella was fabulous and we highly recommend this experience. Really good in a golf cart on such a hot day. Pizza and gelato were a great bonus!

Great way to see the city, especially after a 97 degree day! Our guide, Alfonso, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He toook special care of one of his guests who couldn't move very well. He even gave us some coins for the Trevi Fountain when we couldn't find ours. Loved doing this at night also.

The golf cart tour is nice to see many different sites and learn the history from a knowledgeable guide without walking. We did stop at the impressive sites to take photos. Our wonderful guide bought us pizza and gelato from Rome’s finest. He was very personable, knowledgeable and passionate about Rome. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in the movies in the future.

I was lucky to have the tour by myself with Alesandro, there weren't other tourists booked that evening. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took like 100 pictures of me since I was traveling on my own. He explained a lot of interesting facts about the Roman history and culture. The pizza was really, really good and the gelato as well, super delicious. He was kind enough to customize the trip to the places I had not seen yet. I was very happy with this tour.

Great way to learn a little history of Rome. Ana, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, passionate and one of the best tour guides I had in Italy. She made our tour a fun and memorable one, especially for my 83 y/o father, who enjoyed the history part of this tour. This tour covered almost all the important places that we wanted to see, given our limited time in Rome. Best of all, it is a golf ride tour, we did not get tired in comparison to a walking tour. This was a private tour as it was only me, my partner and my father, a private tour, indeed. Ana took us to the best Roman pizza and gelato in Rome. Soooo gooood😊 ... this gokf ride tour is 💯 recommended.

What a delightful surprise! I have been to Rome three times and this was one of the highlights of all the trips. Antonella was fabulous. Her easy going manner, knowledge of the city, history and archeology went way beyond my expectations. She was also skilled driving through the amazing traffic.

Had an amazing time touring Rome and my guide was excellent. took me to several places off the beaten track and gave me a running history and background. Believe his name was Arvin and he was extremely personable. I happened to luck out and this was a solo tour.

Absolutely one of the best tours we’ve ever done – and it was on a golf cart! If you think a golf cart can’t give you a real taste of Rome, think again. Our guide, Alessandro, brought the city to life with his humor, charm, and endless knowledge. He was like a walking (or rather, riding) history book with a stand-up comedy act on the side. From the Colosseum to the hidden piazzas, Alessandro had us laughing while sneaking in enough historical facts to make us sound smart later on.
Alessandro made every stop unforgettable, mixing ancient tales with his witty remarks. When he said, “Look left, that’s history; look right, that’s gelato,” he was not kidding. He knew all the best local spots, giving us the VIP treatment on a golf cart!
If you’re on the fence about booking – do it. Who knew a golf cart tour could make you fall in love with Rome?

So much fun! Gets all the must sees in and with a locals perspective of the history. Evening tour of as nice as Rome was less busy and points were lit up. Made for great pictures.
