I was so excited about learning the artisan craft of gourmet pasta making. However Pierre the guide was an eccentric sharing more information and offensive humor than I thought appropriate for a simple cooking class. Unfortunately, Pierre’s personal religious and political viewpoint seemed to overshadow any culinarily knowledge he may have had. Pierre’s personal hygiene seemed to be lacking as his odiferous aroma lambasted everyone on our tour. Poor man stunk to high heavens. The cooking instructor was adorable and polished- she commanded everyone’s attention and was knowledgeable- this however didn’t make up for the general guides (Pierre) lackings. Watch out your guide is important to a satisfactory tour- He wasted 45 minutes of my time with his humor and self serving political view that I didn’t sign up for.

Dear Josephine, I must say you were disappointing with that guy since we arrived by car at the location only because you have trouble standing up but he was just introducing all the guests into the farm house. This is no the right place to leave any review about the farm house. Thanks
