Our guide was the best. Photo shoot was amazing. Views and the ride itself were breathtaking and very good time. Good music as well.

Elmar was our driver and guide. Very fun ride. Stopped at a few stops. We were able to walk around and take photos. David was the photographer. He was very nice.
This was by far my favourite part of the trip. The sights we saw and the photos that were taken were absolutely amazing. Definitely worth the money. Sergio was a brilliant guide, and took some of the most amazing photos.
Definitely glad we picked a convertible as we could see everything, and had a lovely breeze whilst driving through Rome. Would recommend bringing a water bottle with you as they stop at places with the fountains.
The next time we come, we’ll 100% book again! Thank you Sergio and the team for giving us an experience we’ll never forget.

Great time good vibe. Enjoyed the scenery and the sites. Our driver even stopped at the pharmacy because I got stung by a bee. Very kind!
The pictures they took were great and they assisted with guiding some poses for solo and couple shots as applicable. This was helpful. The guys were all very nice, professional, and quick. They got this program worked out so it is efficient. There is a driver per car, they take you to 4 places where they take the professional pics around two of those places - coliseum and the fountain. We did not have any problems getting the pics at the of the tour, which they send quickly via airdrop. They do drop you off at desired location as long as it's on the way back to the cafe meeting spot. Meeting place is a cafe was easy to find and you'll see the cars nearby since tons of people are taking pics with them.
I gave 4/5 stars because of the communication -I booked couiple early and had some questions about timing choice, how to get the pics (since some reviews said they never got the pics), sent several messages on Viator, who told me to reach out to them on another # on WhatsApp and they literally did not reply until a 4hours before our tour time and they ended up moving UP our desired tour time from 730pm planned to 7pm without a reason. I booked a time that was closer to sunset so the 30mins would have made difference. We were lucky we did not have strict sightseeing before the photo tour but we did not get a chance to go back to hotel and change. I really wish they had been quicker at replying to messages on Viator or on their WhatsApp so we can not only feel at ease but plan our day since we did have other tours. Overall, we did enjoy the experience around town, worth the money!

Our Fiat 500 tour in Rome was the worst part of our trip. It began 15 minutes late because the driver and photographer were busy running a side hustle—taking photos of random tourists and selling them—while our booked group stood waiting to begin. The tour, advertised as 120 minutes, lasted only about 45 minutes. The driver had minimal knowledge of the city, which defeated the purpose of the experience, and seemed far more focused on photography than providing an engaging tour. He then ended the excursion early, incorrectly claiming we had asked to be dropped off at our dinner reservation, which we had not. He asked where we were having dinner and then used that information to cut our tour short. Weeks later, we still have not received a single photo. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Viator, we have not had any good fairly offered to us by Viator. For the $450 tour we received a $44 credit. We should be on the hook with this scamming company for $410. I was so disappointed that Viator wouldn’t protect their customer. Overall, it felt misleading and poorly managed, and we did not receive what we paid for. I will not book with Viator again and warn other travelers to steal clear of this Fiat tour.

Promised and paid for pictures and never received> emailed and sent instagram messages several times - no response other than wait 5 business days- it's been over 5 business days. Photographer pressed ro give 5 star review on the tour before it even finished. I will be disputing this charge with American Express
