BAD experience

This was horrible. I paid almost 200$ for a guided tour for 2 and when I met Sam for my tickets he transfered me an app for an audioguide. I showed him my reservation on which it was well written "guided visit" and after double checking he said the reservation said "audioguide" which it didn't (I still have a screenshot of my reservation). He said I would get a partial refund, which I never received. Really disappointed. I could have paid about 20 euros for a ticket with an audioguide at the entrance. Never again with Viator

Friendly tour

We were super lucky to have a one to one guide round the Colloseum. Giovanni was informative, friendly & funny. After he left us we had time to continue exploring & then taking in the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill all at our own pace. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Beware False Advertising

This "guided tour" of the colesseum was simply a download of a free app with a 2 minute audio for a 1 hour walk. Absolute rip off of what would have been a fraction of the price on my own.

Never actually got a tour, do not buy

When we arrived for our tour, the check-in agent airdropped us our tickets and sent us to the front gate - but when we asked about the tour guide he had no idea what we were talking about and told us to contact customer service. We ended up having to do a self-guided tour and didn’t even have an audio guide. When we requested a refund, we were only given 50% of the total cost because they kept the fees and service charges in addition to the entry ticket prices. Very unorganized and not worth the stress.
