This sounds like a fantastic tour, but I booked it for the wrong day and immediately called and the vendor decided to only refund half my money, even when I went in the office in person to explain we were only in town that day

Dear April, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment, however we would like to clarify an important point for future travelers. As stated in the product terms and conditions and enforced by the Colosseum Archaeological Park, once tickets are issued they are strictly non-modifiable and non-refundable. This applies to all official operators and is not a discretionary policy on our side. In this case, the booking was made for an incorrect date by the customer, and unfortunately we were not authorized by the monument to change the date or provide a full refund after the tickets had already been issued. Despite this, we offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, even though the tickets themselves could not be recovered. We always recommend carefully checking the selected date before confirming the booking, especially for sites with strict entry regulations such as the Colosseum. Kind regards,
