Allen and his partner were fabulous! Took us to all the hot spots and with teenagers—they wanted photos, a little history and we were on to the next stop! What would have taken 3 days—-took us a little over 2 hours. It was perfect! Night tour was spectacular!

The young man did his best for his first or second tour ever. He needed training or mentoring. He was very polite, but too quiet. There were no stories or historical information related to the sites that we chose to go to. He had no itinerary and we had to come up with ideas for where to go and what to do. He was very accommodating in taking family photos, very polite and respectful and he arrived promptly. He is a very good driver (and photographer), but not a tour guide (at least not yet). We paid for a tour guide and got a driver. The van was nice, however, our evening in Rome was not worth the money we paid at all. We strongly believe this tour was misrepresented in your material. I think we deserve to get half our money back, especially given how many other tours we booked on Viator.

Amazing to see Rome at night!

Our driver and guide Mauro was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He drove us all around to some of the top spots in Rome. Although we couldn't stop at all of them, we did stop at most! He knew where the best photos of the city could be taken and gave us free time to wander and take pics.

The night tour was great because we got to see the Colisseo, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and other landmarks lit up. The tour guide was very informative.

Rome looks so different at night, and it is an experience you don’t want to miss. I feel 2 hrs was too short, though. Assem was very professional, and driver/guide Mr Ahmed was simply awesome.
