This was a wonderful experience. Titi was well informed, friendly and accommodating. This was a very good way to see many of the plazas, fountains, and churches of Rome.

Fabricio makes the tour even beter in every aspect , first he is a good driver and navicated us in a safe way true the sometimes narow but alway extremly bussy streets/roads of Rome and he is a great detailed storyteller in Englisch about the history of Rome and the time went to fast so wil continue the ride in the near future

This was an absolutely wonderful tour. We have been to Rome several times, but wanted to give my mother-in-law an opportunity to see some of the highlights on her first visit, so we booked this tour.
Stefano was unbelievable! He showed us so many things we had never seen, and gave us a much better understanding of things we had already seen. He shared so many facts and recommendations about the city. He was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining.
I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you are able to book with Stefano.

We were running late because of Rome traffic and our taxi got stuck. We were told it would take 15 minutes to get there and it took 23 minutes, which made us 10 minutes late. They would only wait 5 minutes or less because they did not want to hold up the others guests, which I understand. But our party of 4 was more than likely the bulk of the group of 6 passengers. I suggested we have our taxi driver drop us off at a location along the route because we were only 5 minutes behind and they refused saying it was “not possible”. We could have met them along the route since we were only 5 minutes into this 3 hour tour. Absolutely no flexibility or willingness to work with guests when unforeseen traffic construction happens and it’s out of our control. Through our 3 days in Rome we saw golf carts tours everywhere and they were equally stuck in traffic so I believe we could have easily caught up to them and not missed more than a few minutes of tour time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your frustration with the traffic delay. However, due to our strict tour policy and insurance requirements, we can only guarantee coverage and safety starting from the designated pick-up location at Borghese. Picking up guests at other locations would not be covered by our insurance and would create a safety risk.
Additionally, waiting for late arrivals would be unfair to the other guests who arrived on time, as it would delay the entire tour and affect their experience. Our priority is to maintain both safety and fairness for all participants.
We appreciate your understanding and are sorry that this impacted your experience.

Frederico and his golf cart tour was a highlight of our trip. We loved seeing many sites and enjoyed the history lesson. Frederico was very knowledgeable and such a joy!

Terrible experience with this vendor!! I originally booked the tour for noon. About a month prior, I received an email asking to move it to 11a, which I agreed to do. However, after my payment posted two days prior I received an email conformation and my tickets, BOTH had the time as noon. Perfect, because that was the time I preferred. I received a message at 10:50 am telling me I missed the tour. When I responded what tour, I was informed it was this one. I was asked to provide evidence that my tour was at noon, which I did. We arrived at the meeting spot (which is not marked by the way!) at 11:20a and reached out to the vendor who ghosted me for several hours. We waited for an hour for someone to show up or respond to my messages. They told me it was my fault I missed the tour even though they sent me a confirmation AND tickets for the time I originally booked. I was not offered a different time or day and they refused to refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOUR!!!!!!

This is a must do activity! And you must request Stephano as your guide. He is extremely knowledgable and such a fun guide. He gave us a historical perspective of the city as well as fun details that only a true Roman could have! He was the best! He showed us every major site but went above and beyond showing us other hidden gems along the way! Thank you Stephano! We booked about 9 tours on our trip and this one was the most fun! Can’t tell you how much we loved this tour!
