Fantastic experience with Matt

We spent close to 4 hours with Matt in the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill. He is extremely knowledgeable and made our guided tour so special. The waits in lines were minimal and I would not consider seeing such monumental parts of Roman history on your own. This is a special experience that is an essential part of a trip to Rome. Well organized and very professional with an experienced smart guide !!

Great customer service. Our Colosseum tour was booked and cancelled by the tour operator the night before. We booked last minute and They could not get us tickets for the time we wanted. The tour operator offered us a private golf cart tour for the same price. We made out on that deal. The tour we did was terrific. Saw all the sites. I was very happy with how this tour operator handled this situation.

Great operational efficiency. Masud was very proactive and supportive through the process. Our guide was super nice but not deep historical knowledge. Very superficial comments. This was no skip the line tour as we were expecting. Long lines in the middle of a brutal heat made the experience a bit less positive. Perhaps a better advertisement stating that even private tours require line would have been ideal. Overall a good experience that could have been improved with a more in depth historical guide.

Regarding the line issue, we’d like to clarify that the tour you purchased was indeed a “Skip the Line” tour. However, due to the high number of visitors at the Colosseum, entrance lines may still form. This is because all tickets are personalized and checked individually at the security gate, which is managed by the Colosseum authorities. Unfortunately, no private or group tour can bypass this security control. That said, we are always working to improve the experience for our guests, and we truly appreciate your input. Efficient, insightful and focussed

Our guide, Daria was lovely and knew her way around the Forum and Colosseum really well. Both the Forum and Colosseum is huge and you could spend hours especially at the amazing Forum the scale is immense. We only had a three hour tour booked which was perfect for the family with kids to be focussed and not bored. Our guiid gave use useful insights and quick navigation to key areas for great memorable vistas and photos.
