Our guide Thomas was a wealth of knowledge, who really brought our attention to some amazing details we never would have noticed if we had only walked through ourselves or done a tour with a larger group. Great way to see the museums, Sistine Chapel, and St Peters. Our guide took us through the museums, highlighting artwork and architecture, weaved us through the tourists to get us prime location in the Sistine Chapel, and then led us the back way to St Peters bypassing all the hours long lines in the process. Also gave great detail to the history we were seeing.

Vatican tour

We decided on a private tour (four in our group) to the Vatican and Sistine Chapel which was a good decision. Also we valued being picked up from our hotel and the taxi driver introduced us to our guide. Our guide Thomas was excellent he was very knowledgeable always able to answer our questions. He knew what to include and what to leave out, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The tour gave us the best experience possible in visiting the Vatican and Sistine Chapel well worth the expense.
