The guide Eugenia was amazing, knowledgeable and passionate, an excellent driver and was perfectly pleased to customize our tour on the fly as we thought of uniques places we wanted to go. We could not ask for more with our guide. The golf cart however was horrendous and the guide could not make up for the poor equipment. Two riders had to ride backwards which was not ever explained prior to trip. But much worse was the very load banging as the janky gold cart with absolutely no shock absorption, rattled and banged down the streets of Rome. Backwards for two of us. It was a migraine inducing rough way to start our visit to Rome and we were honestly happy to get out of the cart for good at the end.

Speaking of the Golf Carts, unfortunately they are like that, so light and the streets here in Rome, that are almost all disrupted, with so many lumps, don't help and the golf carts cannot, of course, absorb all the hittings from the broken asphalt. Very sorry that you had a bad experience with that, but it's something that, if you are staying in Rome, you have to stand, golf cart or not! Eheh

A 3 hour tour of Rome by private golf cart taking in all the most famous sites. Our tour guide Andrea was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as super friendly and kind. We had teenage children with us so he came up with plenty of interesting sites and stories to keep them engaged. He also had a great recommendation for lunch after the tour. We highly recommend doing this tour on a weekend as there is less traffic and the sites can be less crowded.

The tour operator contacted right before the tour was to begin to inform us that " the cart had mechanical problems and they had no other available" Not considerate or believable. We were unable to book anything else on such short notice

I can’t speak about all the tour guides, but we had a guy named Andrea who was incredibly knowledgeable about history and the town. We had been to Rome before and saw some of the main sites so Andrea took us to places. I don’t think we would’ve made it to on our own.

Our tour with Eugenio was fantastic! He was extremely well versed in everything to do with Rome and showed us pretty much every single important Roman attraction. Our family loved his enthusiasm and patience throughout the tour as we travelled with our 92 year old grandma! I highly recommend anyone doing this tour ask for him as your guide! I don’t have any experiences because the golf cart tour never picked us up. The driver sent a text that he was running a bit late. After an hour of waiting we gave up waiting.

Our guide was extremely friendly and informative. He showed us areas of Rome that we did not expect, as well as some of the key attractions we wanted to see. A highlight was the non-Catholic cemetery and pyramid.

Our guide Roberto was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Very personable. Efficient. The tour was very comprehensive, but did require a lot of walking which was OK complicating factor was. It Was extremely hot. Recommend bringing water bottles. Overall, it was a very good value for the money. The access to the Venues was easy through air guide. A+.

Our guide Alex was absolutely superb! Everything was just perfect for us. Private tour just for us in our golf cart being driven around all of Rome! Alex was very knowledgeable and took us to the main attractions giving us the time we needed. Would absolutely recommend, very professional 👍 in my opinion the best way to see everything if you are there for a short time.

Abbiamo aspettato la golf cart dalle ore 16.00 in piazza Navona poiché l'appuntamento sarebbe stato alle 16.30. Ma la golf cart, prenotata e pagata mesi prima, non è mai arrivata. Dopo 1 ora e mazza di attesa e una cinquantina di telefonate ai recapiti che avevamo, ai quali non ha mai risposto nessuno, abbiamo contattato viator che ci ha detto che non avevano inviato la.prenotazione alle agenzie locali e che avrebbero provato a contattarli in quel momento (siamo arrivati a Roma dal Veneto con una persona disabile, per la quale è stato impossibile visitare la città in altro modo...); il tour operator locale ci ha detto che avrebbe organizzato una golf cart per le 19.30 o per la mattina successiva... Invece la golf cart non è mai arrivata e il tour operator non ha piu risposto al telefono... Vacanza rovinata... Per sentirci dire da Viator il giorno seguente: " Fate domanda di rimborso"...Lasciate stare...È una truffa!
