The meeting point was difficult to find due to the masses of people. Luckily my husband spotted a Viator flag against the wall and headed over. Apart from receiving the ticket and meeting point, there was no further information. So, we arrived 30 minutes early and waited. Our guide arrived 5 minutes before the tour began. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and slowly. She also answered many adhoc questions. Apart from the lack of clear information, the actual tour was good, albeit not as long as advertised.

The guided part of the tour is just a recording. You are given a URL to download it from. There is not a human being guiding you once you gain entry, which is what I expected. This was a disappointment.

Our tour guide Jessica never showed up She sent Tommy 30 minutes later He was fine but we lost 45 min of touring and were very disappointed being stood up

They canceled the tour that day. And asked us to attend another tour later in the day. We couldn’t, so asked for a refund. If they would of given us a days advanced notice we could of rearranged our other plans to accommodate the tour.

Jessica was a great guide. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of details. Would highly recommend this tour. The only downfall was finding our group to begin the tour. Jessica had no sign or flag and wasn’t at the designated meeting point. We had to ask other guides where ours might be. Thankfully we arrived 25 minutes early and kept on asking people. We still gave the tour a 5 star rating because Jessica was such a great guide.

This operator texted 45 min before tour saying the guide was stuck in traffic and asking if we could reschedule for next day. We could not. He just stopped replying and I had to follow up 5 min before our scheduled time asking what the plan was. Ended up getting tickets emailed to us and partial refund, but no guide.

We were so happy we booked this tour and were able to spend so much quality time inside the Pantheon! Our tour guide Nina was fantastic and very informative. She had large printouts featuring details of the Pantheon and Rome. Audio device was also used to ensure you can hear the guide effortlessly. The tour started on time and was about one hour 10 minutes long. After discussing some of the history of the Pantheon outside we spent the rest of the tour inside the Pantheon. We were able to go right on in and did not have to wait in line. If was so memorable to see this fantastic structure in person after learning so much about it back in school. We are so glad we did this tour!

The tour guide never showed up. Someone from the tour company approached us and said our guide Antonio was running late but would be there in 8 minutes. We waited until 35 minutes past the scheduled start time and nobody came to do the tour. We are waiting for a refund to be processed.
