Absolutely wonderful family with a perfectly curated class to teach even the most rambunctious littles on track and included throughout the preparation and cooking process! Not to mention the food came out delicious!! I cannot wait to share these recipes and tips with friends and family when we go home. But above all the specifics of the class, this mother and son duo were so kind and warm I wish we could have stayed and chatted all day!!!

Our cooking class took us to another part of Rome across the river. We found the location and walked into a cooking experience that we very much enjoyed. Valentina took us through the local traditions before allowing us to taste out efforts in a comfortable setting. So much fun!!

Highlight of our trip to Rome! Fiamma and Valentina were so much fun! Fiamma is a great instructor, making it both instructional and fun for the kids and parents! The good was delicious and we had a great time making it. The location was in a great neighborhood and was warm and inviting. My 12 year old twins are talking about making pasta at home now!
