Fabi was a wonderful tour guide. Lots of information and appreciate that she picked out nice shady spots when she stopped to give us more information. Skip the line was worth it. And bonus for us, the gate to St Peter's Basilica was open and we were able to use the short cut instead of walking outside of Vatican City and enter through the courtyard.

The headset was very difficult to wear on the ear. Kept falling off with just the smallest turning of the head. And the audio and sound wasn’t very good. The guide was very knowledgeable and kind, but he gave far too much information. It was difficult to hear and understand and way too much information to process and take home

I’m extremely disappointed because our tour was canceled 2 days before arriving, which is fine we didn’t care it was canceled, but we were still charged the full amount and never got refunded our payment. I reached out and no one ever got back to me.

Not happy as we booked a spanish tour but it was at the end in English. Our kids are young and dont speak English (they are Dutch/Spanish). We paid more than 500eur for a tour that our children could not understand. When we received the paper ticket we saw that the price for each ticket was 20eur but we paid more than 100eur per person.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was able to explain many of the details along the way. The only problem for me was all the stairs but that is because of my issues, I still managed it. It was worth not having to line up

The "skip the line" is a little confusing but ultimately worth it. The Vatican Museums have several lines - an entry line that can be hours long, and another line inside to get into the Sistine Chapel. The Skip-the-Line tours enter a shorter tour groups line for entry, which only took a few minutes, and depending upon the whims of the Vatican officials can sometimes also circumvent the normal Sistine Chapel line. Finally, there's a line to enter St. Peter's Basilica through security screening but the tour exits the museums inside the secured area so you get to skip the Basilica line as well. We found "skip the line" worth it, especially on a hot day. Your mileage may vary.
The tour consisted of a couple of hours guided through parts of the Vatican Museums, and I understand what you see can vary based upon which wings of the museums are open that day. We then got a few minutes in the Sistine Chapel - the Vatican tries to keep everyone moving through, so I don't think any of the tour groups are permitted to linger long - and then were dropped off in front of St. Peter's Basilica where the guided part of the tour ended but you could explore the basilica on your own. Again, this is because of the Vatican's policies - they don't want tour groups shuffling through the basilica when there are frequently multiple church services going on in various parts of the building.
We liked our guide and the tour and were happy with the experience.
The very beginning - finding the meeting place and tour guide - was a little confusing, as it seems several locations sell tours and all just hand you off to someone else to eventually connect you to a larger group and the tour guide.

The guide was very good and great grasp of the history of Michelangelo. The story of everything from the Chapel to the Last judgement and the sheer scale of the Chapel and Basilica was very humbling and an experience that I will always remember and cherish. This tour is very lucky that it is backed up by one of the most beautiful man-made places on earth. From start to finish our experience with the staff was horrendous. We were simply money to them, and their priority was maximizing profit instead of customer service. We booked a 10:15 am tour. We show up 5 minutes early and our tickets to the tour had already been given away to a walk-in who arrived before us. We rescheduled for 2:30 pm which, needless to say, completely changed the day we had scheduled. Once at the rescheduled tour, we were shuffled around to different booking agencies around the area with ZERO communication of what was happening. It felt sketchy and low-quality. The tour guide was alright, clearly passionate about the history she was relating to us. I’m a laid back guy; I wouldn’t even be here writing a review if our ticket was not given away before our toured was even scheduled to start. If you do book with this company, which I do not recommend, you must be aware that after paying the hundreds of dollars to book the tour, you must confirm your ticket over the phone within 24 hours of your tour. They made us wait two hours, walking us from around the block several times, presented us with three different guides, totally disorganized and informal. I booked the tour in Spanish, but they didn’t gave us that option. When we finally got there we had a lovely chinese lady as our guide, but with very bad English pronunciation. Everything was rushed and crowded, in the end the guide had to left us before the last part.

This is your way in! Affordable and to the point. If you are looking to visit these historic sites as part of your bucket list, book right away! Skip the line is so worth it. The line for regular entree is outrageous. I will say the tour guide was not amazing per se but honestly wasn’t looking for much. If you’re a huge historic I would consider else but if not. THIS IS IT!!!

Had was the best indoor
Stove tour guide. Covered a lot in just 2 hours. Would recommend this tour. Had unlimited time to spend on your own inside Basilica and then St Peters square.
