Guide language is not English

Despite the details stating that the tour had an English guide, the first guide refused to conduct it bilingual. There were only 4 of us, and we all spoke English ( the other 2 were indeed French but spoke English ). The 2nd part with a Collesium underground was also in French, but the majority of us (10) spoke English so he very kindly gave us the best tour bilingual. He is why the rating wasn't a negative.

Danielle did a great job of providing information and history. The sequence of the tour was perfect. Being able to walk where the gladiators were was amazing.

Seeing the Colosseum from below is an amazing perspective. Looking top down doesn’t do it justice. If you close your eyes, you can almost see the torches lighting the walkways. Certainly a more immersive experience, touch the walls, actually feel the history under your fingers.

It is worth too much!!! A unique access for few people underground. Side access to the arena. Guide that leads and explains historically each point. An experience worth every penny for those who value immersion in history and exclusive access.
