PLEASE NOTE: All participant names are required at the time of booking in order to enter the Colosseum. If we do not receive the full customers names, the booking won’t be confirmed. Every customer (adult / children) is required to carry a valid ID that matches the full name on the ticket, or the entry will be refused. Name changes and cancellations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
In case of late arrival, no show or cancellation beyond the limits indicated in the cancellation policy by the customer, a refund is not foreseen.

Very poor quality tour operator

This was my third trip to the Colosseum in the past 10 years, and I was going to show my daughter this excellent historical site. However, the tour operator is not good at all the guide does not speak English well enough to make it worthwhile to listen to him, skip the line took 30 minutes to get through because of the crowds of tours turns out a walk up ticket would have been better as well as listening to Any of the Internet tour guides through an audio download, which is what we ended up doing, even though we had a tour guide with us. the group was 60+ people. We went down to the forum just got inside the gates and they ended the tour after 10 minutes total at the forum , we asked about the palatine hill and they said yes go up there. the other two trips I did before were much much better. If I do it a fourth time, I will not go on a Saturday or Sunday. I will probably get my own ticket or get a private six person tour with a better operator hopefully

First of all, this is not a skip the line tour and the security check may delay the tour, this information is mentioned under the tour details, please check. Also, our guides are professional English speaking guided, acknowledged by the Italian state and it is normal to have an Italian accent since we are not natives. Second, I think you are making a mistake, our groups can accommodate only up to 30 people, no way 60! You also didn't have a complete guided tour. Again, please read very careful the information! Everything is mentioned on the details of this tour! You had a Colosseum tour with ONLY access to the Palatine and Forum, the last 2 were included on your ticket to visit on your own. Thank you for your understanding!
