Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Please be advised that the Colosseum's capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure.
Customers have a mandatory meeting time stated 30 minutes prior the scheduled departure time due to managing and organization reasons.
In case of late arrival, no show or cancellation beyond the limits indicated in the cancellation policy by the customer, a refund is not foreseen.
PLEASE NOTE: All participant names are required at the time of booking in order to enter the Colosseum. If we do not receive the full customers names, the booking won’t be confirmed. Every customer (adult / children) is required to carry a valid ID that matches the full name on the ticket, or the entry will be refused. Name changes and cancellations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.

The tour guide (Giuseppe) rushed through the whole tour and moved so fast that we lost several members of the tour group, including my parents. He not once checked to make sure everyone was still with him. My family ended up giving back our tour radios and leaving the tour as it was such a bad experience. The tour guide also didn't provide a lot of information as we went along--I learned more overhearing other tour guides with other groups. There's better Colosseum tours available so I'd skip this one.

A Must See!!

A tour of the Colosseum is a must! This tour does not include access to the arena, make sure to buy a separate ticket for that if you want. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, however it was a bit difficult to hear her on the ear piece/ audio. If your tour guide does not carry a flag, you must follow closely or you'll lose sight of the group. The stairs are steep, so wear appropriate footwear.
