I have been extremely please with how well organized and pleasant our experience has been with Viator. The guides overseas and Viator remain in constant contact with the customers to ensure every thing is going according to plan. They contact hotels, they arrange for taxis or private drivers, and communicate with the tour guides. When we arrive in Rome, Italy after our flight had just landed as soon as we exited baggage claims or driver was waiting with a sign with our name on. He then drove us to our hotel, once at the hotel our room was ready and our tickets and events had been printed out. Then the driver came right on time the next day and took us to our tour guide. They took us on our first tour at the Vatican City and it was exceptional. We had several tours after this one and they have all gone great!
