Amazing way to experience the waterfalls and the scenery! My husband and I were lucky not to get any rain. We initially booked the 2hours trip but ended up extending for the whole day. Such a fun and unique day! The road isn’t dangerous to share with cars. Most drivers are careful and respectful. You also don’t need to be an experienced biker! The bike does almost all the pedaling for you 😂

Bike ride was amazing. Being on a bike was the ideal to see all these nice places. My dad who is 71 really enjoyed it too. Would definitely come back another time with my kids

This is not a guided tour but the route is self explanatory. The location is easy to miss so make sure you give your self enough time to find the location.

Wonderful experience. Very thorough orientation included tips to use the e-bike, and easy map guide that gives all options for many waterfall stops.
Couple of Heads-up. This is a self guided tour. Our orientation guide, Stella, was an easy cell call away if we needed help. 2.5 hour tour only alotted us a few stops. However we did opt to stay a while to hike to the top of Horsetail Fails. So worth it.

This wasn’t even on our original agenda and I’m so glad we did it, because it was the best part of our trip!! I took my 13 year old daughter and we visited 3 waterfalls, the bikes were so easy to use and it was the best way to experience all the scenery! My only regret is not doing it for a longer time frame!

Thanks so much for the kind words! I'm so glad you and your husband had a great time—and even better that the weather held out for you! A full-day ride really is the best way to soak in all the beauty out here. And you’re totally right—the e-bikes make it super easy, even for folks who haven’t been on a bike in years. Appreciate you sharing your experience! 🚴♀️💦

We really enjoyed the bike ride. I had some concerns with sharing the road with the cars. Drivers were cautious, but there were a few who were not. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They made the experience nice.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the ride and that our staff helped make it a smooth and enjoyable outing. Totally understand your concern about sharing the road—most drivers are great, but we know it can feel a little tense when a few aren’t as cautious. We’re always working to improve safety and appreciate you pointing that out. Thanks again for joining us!

The only way to see the falls. Beat the traffic and parking woes. You have to watch out for the crazies who don't respect those on bicycles, but it's worth it!

Thank you! We're so glad you enjoyed the experience and appreciated the freedom that comes with skipping traffic and parking headaches—definitely one of the biggest perks of exploring by e-bike. And you're absolutely right: while most drivers are respectful, it's always important to stay alert. Thanks for the honest and helpful feedback—we’d love to have you back anytime!
