      Worse experience ever

      I had an appointment booked, it told me to check in and the booth, once I finally made it too the booth it was nobody there. They left a number on the booth, I called it from 3 different phones nobody has answered yet or called back, I left a voicemail. I email them and still nobody has replied back. I also called the numbers on the website and tried to request a refund and nobody responded. This is very unprofessional and disappointing. I paid for parking and paid for this experience and now neither is getting refunded. They’re not contacting me back and overall this is a horrible experience and I won’t be referring anyone to come.
