Amazing guide … exceptional knowledge. Beautiful drive to the Longwood gardens and she made it so interesting. We learnt a lot. But you need a full day for this tour and we really were disappointed not to have time to see all that was on offer.
Longwood Garden was rated as number one garden in America 3/2025-
We met driver at 9:00, got to the garden around 10:15. Left at 12:30. Had 2 hours to spend at garden. As Mother’s Day weekend quite crowded. Conservatory was nice but otherwise underwhelmed
We took WeVenture tour to Longwood Gardens winter light show to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Everyone in our small group enjoyed the trip. Adam, our guide, contacted us via text in advance to coordinate the pickup in the center of Philly. Adam was extremly punctual, knowledgeable, and tuned to our needs and expectations. Upon arrival, we had about two hours to explore the gardens on our own or with the guide. There’s so much history to learn and landscapes to see at Longeood, that it definitely deserves another trip, perhaps in summertime. Some of our visit’s highlights were the old DuPont mansion housing a wonderful history exhibit, the new $250 million concervancybexpansion, and the bonsai collection. Thank you WeVenture for the experience!
The conservatory was a welcome refuge from the freezing weather. See the organ and the singing quartet there but enjoy the beautiful outdoor displays too

The light show and the history of Longwood Garden was perfect. The greenhouse area was also well scened.
We do not have a car and wanted to see Longwood gardens. This offering was perfect. It is a frustrating trip to drive this route with the heavy traffic. Then there is the need for advance purchase tickets and parking at the site. This tour handled all of that perfectly. Our driver was exceptional and was a wealth of great information. We had plenty of time with a perfect evening viewing of the amazing light displays. So easy!
Beautiful gardens and loved all the flowers in the conservatory. Really set the Christmas mood and enjoyed the cool air while strolling around in the park. Our guide Adam was very informative and helped point out so many items we maybe would have missed.
Laura was very knowledgeable and warm & friendly. Our little group was very cohesive all getting along together. I flew from Chicago to take this tour with my younger sister. And I’m grateful for this experience. The vastness of the gardens requires multiple trips. I will return for the tulips in May 2024.
Laura was an exceptional guide, teaching me about the history of Philadelphia, the BrandyWine area and of course, Longwood gardens.
Appreciate that the company gave me the tour despite being the only person who booked. And the gardens were beautiful.

Longwood Gardens is a site that has to be seen to be believed. What an amazing collection of flowers and trees. We are happy to lead tours for groups big or small. We never cancel a tour that has only a solo guest. We don't want to rob that person of the opportunity to take in that amazing botanical garden.

Our visit to Longwood Gardens was very pleasant. Strolling through the lovely gardens was a perfect last day tour during our visit to Philadelphia. Owen, our tour guide showed us around to make the most of the visit. He was pleasant company and accommodating.
Longwood gardens was fabulous! Definitely worth seeing and this tour was the way to go! It’s quite a ways from Philadelphia but our guide kept us entertained with stories about the area and did a great job of showing us around the garden so we didn’t get lost and waste time. Absolutely loved it!
Loved all the different tulips and other flowers arranged by color. The walk through the woods was beautiful and peaceful. Our driver and guide Owen was great.

Don’t miss out on this experience! Longwood gardens is a feast for the eyes! Our guide, James, was knowledgeable, interesting and accommodating. He met us on time & shared a great deal on information on the journey to and from Longwood, as well as answering our questions. Taking this tour is easily the best way to get there and back without the hassle of renting a car or figuring out public transport. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat, but perhaps would like to have an extra hour or two at Longwood…. There’s so much to see!
My family and I had a great time on the Longwood Gardens experience. Dale was the perfect guide: personable, knowledgeable and amenable to any of our preferences. Our 15-year old say this outing was the highlight of our vacation for him!
Our guide Dale was fantastic. He was knowledgable and very personable. He made our tour a lot of fun. The Gardens are beautiful, the fountains are magnificent, and the conservatory is a must-see. We traveled in October so the colors were phenomenal.

Thank you Roslyn! October is an amazing time of the year to see Longwood (truthfully, there isn't a bad time, but Autumn is especially brilliant).
Although, walking the grounds with our personal guide Dale, our captain for the day, who was not only extremely knowledgeable but just an over all delight to have been so fortunate to spend our experience with today, was amazing and seeing the fountain events, which were magnificent.
I will go back over and over again to visit the Conservatory. They are adding another giant more modern conservatory it looks like and I’m going to plan my next trip here for the grand opening with my in laws.

Thank you Mark! The conservatory and the fountain displays at Longwood are truly stunning and impossible to describe. They have to be seen to be believed. The same goes for the numerous other sites within Longwood. Each section is incredible and so different from the others. All together, they make up perhaps the most beautiful botanical garden in the country. And it's just outside Philly!
Longwood Gardens were spectacular. The highlight of my trip to Philly.
I had a wonderful guide, Adam, for two trips and he was well informed and insightful.

Beautiful and peaceful day in heavenly Longwood Gardens and with a very interesting and lovely painting collection at the museum. The Brandywine Valley is just an exquisite area to visit and enjoy. Adam was perfect: professional, kind and flexible. And cherry on the cake: it ended up being a private tour because I was the only one in the tour.
