Go to the website before you buy from Viator. The tour group's season has ended. But they didn't communicate with Viator. So we bought through Viator only to show up for the tour and find out that it was non-existent. Viator was responsive and immediately refunded or money. But it was really disappointing.

Don't trust website for tickets. Purchased 4 tickets at 12 noon. No one showed up. Asked a bus driver and he contacted the tour guide. She said it was at 2! Only good thing out of this is the hip on hip off let's us use tickets to ride it . Won't be using Viator again for any tickets!

We never found the location. We we’re on time. Unclear instructions. We waited we walked. Nothing. You got $60 and we got nothing. Never again.

My tour guide was top notch from start to finish. She was very knowledgable and had a congenial personality. She took the time to engage the customer, invited questions, and provided details at each point of interest. She kept a comfortable pace and was mindful of customer comfort by stopping in shady spots to talk about each location.

The tour guide never showed up. The supervisor from the Sight Seeing Bus tour stepped in and took over. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because someone else stepped up and took care of us. That said, he was great! He is the only reason I’m giving this experience 5 stars.
