Tour guide was great. One issue was the tour said you get into Independence Hall at the end. We do not. Asked tour guide and said that they don’t do that anymore. But it was still on their site.

Keshler was friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions clearly. My son (13 year old history buff) really enjoyed getting a more in depth tour! We highly recommend!

This was a private group tour. The guide was walking fast and leaving most of the group behind. When he reached the points of interest he could start talking when most of the group was not yet there to listen. The stories behind the explanation of the locations were not compelling or interesting. No time for taking any pics as he would quickly move from one location to another. Also 4 days prior to the tour we contacted Viatour and the Tour operator to see if we could add 1 more person to the private tour. Viatour said they did no know, and the tour operator never answered the multiple messages. I will never use Viatour services or tours again.

Our guide was EXCELLENT. Would recommend him - extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. However, the tour itself was NOT as described for an expensive”Private tour.” Our tickets for Independence Hall was what we really wanted on the 2 hour tour but the tickets were for long after the tour so we were checked out of our hotel and leaving for a commitment - had to miss Independence Hall tour.

To clarify, our guide sent the tickets on August 22nd for the Founding Fathers of Philadelphia: Private 2-hour History Tour scheduled for August 23rd. We also advised arriving early to try to secure an earlier tour time. I’m glad that you were able to get an earlier tour with the help of the park ranger. I understand that the timing still didn’t fit well with your schedule, and I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience this caused; unfortunately, this was beyond our control.

Keshler was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great walking tour of the old town historic district. He was flexible and met us a little early as we were catching a plane later in the day. He was pleasant and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this tour!

Loved! Loved! Loved! The history of the town is amazing and getting to hear about it from Keshlar was wonderful. He had a childlike sparkle in his eye when telling the stories and that made me giddy with excitement.

Our tribe is history driven. We originally signed up for the tour to guarantee tickets for Independence Hall. Maria reached out early and gave suggestions for dining and activities. She customized our tour on the fly based on interests and time. We were never rushed, and received an amazing opportunity to see the City of Brotherly Love by a woman who is “travel family”.
We would do the tour again- only with our wonderful guide!!
