Great bike trip with Maiki as the tour guide. He made the trip fun by sharing local history as we trekked up the path and through the rain forest. You do need to pedal but the e bikes made it much simpler than regular biking although you do have to put effort into the ride. Would definitely recommend this trip as the views are spectacular and a fun way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Don’t be fooled by the “little effort required” in the description of this bike tour. The first half of the ride is uphill and there is constant effort at pedaling required by the rider. The e-bike gives little assistance. My friend and I only made it up 1/4 of the way before we had to turn around. Then we had to wait an hour for the guide and 1 other guest to return to the starting location. Definitely not what we expected when we signed up for an e-bike tour. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that we appreciated the many pickup location options offered and our tour guide was very friendly and outgoing.

The tour was beautiful and peaceful, and my guide Raymond was very knowledgeable. I was the only one booked for today and the company was super accommodating in still moving forward with the tour. I very much enjoyed this and definitely recommend!

What a great way to see Oahu. The ride through the rainforest was beautiful and the views were amazing. We appreciated our guide’s knowledge of the island and its diverse vegetation.

Awesome time!!! The ride was great with some incredible views. First time riding this type of pedal assist bike and they are great. Can't say enough about our guide, he made it even better, would definitely recommend if you looking for a chance to get out of the city for a bit.

Daniel was terrific. He communicated when he arrived which was just before we got there. Kept the ride at a nice pace. Stops for views and pictures were great and timed perfectly. He checked out bikes and helmets and made adjustments so our ride was smooth and safe. He knew a lot about the area and made appropriate conversation with us. We highly recommend Daniel.

It was a fun e-bike tour going on the Tantalus loop. We’re not the experienced e-bike riders but we had a great time going up and down the hill with many stops admiring the views. There were a couple sections I had to pedal hard but it was an easy ride overall.
Our guide, Ray, was great. He shared with us what he knew of plants/animals, climates in the area as we rode the e-bike. It was very informative.
We came to a meeting point with a backpack but Ray had a funny pack, water, and granola bars to offer. I kindly took water from Ray. He also had a poncho to offer. There some sections with mists but we felt good riding through the misty sections.
I would recommend this tour if you want to try e-bike and admire the natures and beautiful views of Waikiki/Honolulu.

This was an awesome tour. The e-bike makes getting up the mountain pretty easy. We aren't super athletic, but you'll still need to know your way around a bike. I hadn't been on a e-bike before but picked it up quick. The views along the ride and at the top are incredible! Our guide, Mike, was super knowledgeable (we ask a ton of questions) both about the terrain and the history of the area we were exploring. There was one other person in our group so it was a nice small crew. Would totally recommend this for folks who want to see the rainforest and get a little physical activity in, too.

What a great tour this is. I was met by Daniel at the easy to find meeting spot right on time. The pedal assist mountain bikes were easy to use and super fun to ride. The ride up into the rain forest was a nice workout but not too strenuous. The scenery on the way up and back down was incredible! And Daniel is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Oahu and the islands in general. He’s really personable and easy going which makes for a fun and relaxed experience. I highly recommend this tour!

Our riding guide Michael was great. We are 77 y.o. & he knew exactly when we needed a photo op stop. He even had it rain on us for the full experience! After the ride he drove us up to Tantalus Lookout. We loved the warm rain while looking down on sunny Honolulu. Thank you Michael.

First off, let me say that our tour guide was patient, helpful and friendly. That said, be prepared. This is a 10 mile ride with the first 5 miles being up steep, winding residential roads. Although the electric bikes make riding on the flat effortless, just move the pedals gently and the bike runs at about 10mph, but is little help on the uphill. We were struggling from the start and huffing and puffing after the first mile. Would not recommend unless you bike hills regularly and like the challenge. They do offer a downhill only ride on the same road.

This tour was excellent and the breath of fresh air that I needed. Pick up all the way to the ride up the mountain and down was perfect and the guide was extremely helpful. I’d do this experience again!

Maikai was a great tour guide. He taught us so much about Hawaii and how to ride EBikes. We loved the ride and all the beautiful scenery. Maikai really made it special for us being so accommodating by letting us ride at our own pace.

The bike tour was very well done. Bikes had no trouble with steep climb, handled well and only used 1/5 of battery power. The chosen road was great with grand views and nice stops along the way. Daniel was an excellent guide with a pleasant personality and plenty of local knowledge and history to keep everyone on informed. We can thank Daniel above anything else for making this a worthwhile experience.

The whole experience from start to beginning was such a blast. Going through the beautiful rainforest on the electric bikes was such a fun time. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and always made sure every person was ok. I will always book this tour every time I come back. Highly recommend. If you can ride a bike you cannot miss out on this tour.

This venture was a bit of a disappointment. We ebiked up a public road, and down the same. Although there were views of the city, this could have been done easily by car. For the price of almost $300 for 2 riders this was not worth the value.
