Great service! The shuttle from Honolulu Airport to our hotel was right on time, everything went smoothly, and the ride was comfortable.
Great service from pickup to drop-off.
I wish aviator’s website was up-to-date on the pickup point and the name of the service was included to ensure finding the right provider.
We had Gary as our driver. He was talkative & gave us useful information. Very nice guy. Got us to our hotel in good time & a great driver. Highly recommend this service
They send you an email to give you a telephone number to call when you arrive at the Honolulu airport and have your luggage. When you call them, they tell you where the van pickup area is and their driver's name and the color of the van. Expect to walk out to the center aisle, towards where the vans and buses enter the airport's passenger luggage pick up area. it's been my experience that Viator vans are not marked with a sign, so that's when things get a bit hectic, as you have to start running around and asking the van drivers if they are with Viator, as they don't display a sign on the windshield. It would help if the driver's texted you their location.
I highly recommend this service. It was easy for me to get in contact with them and their customer service was great. I was a little lost at the airport and they were patient with me providing me with clear instructions. I would definitely use this service again.
The ride instructions were confusing, invalid phone numbers for support. Answer machine messages calls were not returned.
Company called us before the pick up time and asked us where is our exact location . Driver was very helpful .
We were never picked up, waited at the agreed location at the airport and the shuttle never showed up. We ended up paying for a Lyft to get us to our hotel. Calling was no help, all they said they saw a cancelation. But no problem taking payment for a service never provided.
Horrible experience as the shuttle was a no show. We waited close to 1 hr. No response from operator on pick-up at airport. Needed to book a taxi/Uber.
Ride and everything was great except for the driver being almost an hour late. That’s really unacceptable really. Why have a scheduled pick up time if the company was surprised by my call 10 minutes before pick up, and the guy shows up an hour late. Everything else was fine. You would think the company would offer a vouchers
or money back. Something. I’m scheduled for them to take me to the airport for departure. I hope it goes much better than the first ride.
The one hiccup was my luggage was off with a cruise tour group. We had to double back to retrieve my luggage.
The reason this was not a 5 star was the challenge with communication but once we talked with someone it went very smoothly and quickly. The site says to contact them 24 hours prior to confirm flight times and I sent messages through the WhatsApp and tired to talk with them via Viator messages with no response. But once the plane landed, I called them and then things worked. Not sure why the site asks to alert them, in advance, if they never respond. Driver and ride went well.
The driver never showed up. We had to pay for other transportation and there were 10 family members in our group.
I paid shuttle service for 2 adults and was never picked up from the airport ! I called two phone numbers provided, they never answered my call I had to pay an uber service to be picked up.
That you won’t get picked up after you paid your money. We have nothing good to say about this transportation service
This was a rough start to our HNL getaway. Customer service on the phone was not good. We circled back to the airport 3 times to pick up more people until the shuttle was full. I should have grabbed a Lyft for the same price and would have gotten to my hotel an hour sooner.
The resort was clean. We got there early before check in the receptionist staff was able to keep our luggage until room was ready so we don’t have to dragged it with us everywher. By 1pm I was notified that the room was ready and the staff brought in my luggage without me worrying. The resort was very easy to find and there’s little shops around the areas.

I was never told the van was behind baggage claim. Do not go out front doors. Waited long time. Had to call and still didn’t tell me where to go correctly. A very Bad welcome to
Hawaii !! Sad.
Once you arrive and obtain your luggage, you are expected to phone call them to advise them that you are ready for pick up. The operator was rude and uninformative. It took approximately 32 minutes to get picked up at the designated location. After being picked up we still had to go and pick someone else up. The driver was polite and assisted with the bags but overall Very disappointing experience. Rideshare would have been much more convenient.
After arrival at HNL, I expected to hear from the booked driver but I had to call him after obtaining his number from another company driver. After reaching the driver I waited 30 minutes after my arrival, upon finally meeting the driver his attitude was stank so of course upon arrival at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, my wife and I exited the vehicle, got our bags and headed to our destination within the property. No tip for you!
The instructions to call to “check in” were not very clear. The number to click on in the Viator app was a 877 number that disconnected right away. Once I found the local number, no one answered and I had to leave a message. I finally called back a few minutes later later and they sent our shuttle.
Additionally, I was under the impression this was a direct shuttle. It was not. We stopped at a port to pick up 3 people from a boating excursion before proceeding to our hotel.
Our shuttle driver went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was courteous and kind. The service was excellent.
Pick up location not always close or in same building as arriving. Not knowing the airport the pick up location was a little confusing. Phone number provided was nice added feature.
As soon as I landed I called and messaged the app followed the instructions and had no reply horrible experience.
Was a bit unsure of the pick up location . Strict instructions should be given as to where the pick up location is . Having said that , it is a very convenient choice of transport to your hotel , I dropped off at the front of the hotel.

We were never given instructions to CALL the shuttle service. We were just given instructions on the vicinity to meet. Total lack of communication on Viators end.
