Arrived at the airport with no instructions on where to find travel van. Called number and received a recorded message. Found someone to help and spe30 minutes wondering the airport finding the pick up location. Flight arrived early but it was close to an hour after we got our luggage before the transportation arrived.

We were told by our Viator app to exit by baggage level 6, turn left then turn left again. At 1205 I text viator and was told I needed to call 877-359-4513. I called and was informed I should have called them after I got our bags. We were to meet outside the door #11 near the umbrellas. I had made a reservation for pickup at 12. If I knew I was to call the above number on arrival, I could have done it at 11am when we had our bags. A disappointing start to our vacation. We were finally picked up at 1230. Our driver was pleasant.

The tour operator change our meeting time & place the day b4 our tour which was not convenient but we said ok then he told our 16 person tour to meet him back at parking lot for next leg of tour at 10:45 we were there at 10:45 but he left is b/c he decided to move it up with a text less than 40 minutes b4 this new time! Another driver fir karma tours told us to go back in get the shuttle bus peir but when we tried to go back thru gates we were not allowed unless we dropped our bags with $100’s of souvenirs we had purchase so we missed 1/2 the tour & had to pay $70 to get a taxi back to our hotel Robert only cared about himself & getting his tour done not with the rest of us who were here on vacation spending &660 on this tour! Stay away from karma tours the real karma should be on our guide !!! Robert boooo

They did not show up, they did not watch our flight, we texted the number on WhatsApp as well as called, and messages Viator and heard nothing. Ended up calling an uber.

When I got to the airport, we were let off at a different gate than what was expected. I simply called the shuttle operator, and they explained where I could go to get picked up. A three minute walk straight down the sidewalk and across the street, and we were picked up minutes later. This company takes care of their customers.

First we had to call them and waited 20minutes to be picked up there was no text to communicate prior ..the worst part was he dropped us off in the back of the resort at the loading dock we had to walk 10 minutes through the cobblestone to get to the resort front desk . Will never use this shuttle service again ..horrible service

In the itenery we where instructed to wait at the garage parking at Gate #1,2,3 and no body showed up so, i called the company, then they telling me go to Gate #5 - where I was already there initialy - walk to the garage door, then walk back where i came out of my plane and waste my more than 50 minutes time to wait for the next shuttle. They should have update their pick up instructios on their itenery.

Wait was about 30 minutes a long walk to get to their pickup area. Large group picked up at the same time who got to the area after us and they seated themselves first. My husband just had neck surgery and had a walking cane. Driver was super helpful with luggage and very friendly but should have seated us first not left us to figure out how to squeeze into back row

Thinking I was getting a good deal booking through Viator was a mistake. Our plane landed an hour early and I contacted them letting them know we could be picked up earlier if they were able to do so. They stated to give them a call again when we got our bags. When we went out to catch the shuttle, we waited for nearly a half an hour only to find out the name on the reservation was incorrect !! the poor shuttle driver kept asking if we were another name and we stated politely that we were not a few times. He figured out that we were probably those waiting and showed us the reservation that had the correct last name, but not the first. This made everybody late on the shuttle, including us. I called to get the situation rectified and try to get some kind of reimbursement for this major inconvenience. I was given the runaround.

Upon landing at the airport, toboarding the shuttle bus, everything went very well. There were no problems! The Shuttle showed up on time, and there was a friendly conversation and transaction. He even told us about the city while driving to our hotel destination. We would definitely use this travel shuttle again!
