The driver was great. We were given the directions that we would be met at baggage claim. Nope. We eventually got a text. That told to go out side and go to the shared ride curb. Went there no shuttle. Texte. Back to the company that no van was there. Had to wait a few minutes for a can to show up. Then we had to wait for the other rider only to find out the that person was still on the plane. We were told that the company would know the details about the flight. Why did the company need to call the rider to know they were still on the plane ? The ride was great after that.

Was wonderful to have someone meet us baggage claim because it is a hike to the vehicle. Greeter did not help with luggage (we are both in our 70s). Driver was friendly and gave good info on way to hotel. Downgraded to 4* because no offer or help with luggage.

Our driver Aida was great. She text very specific instructions upon landing before we even deplaned. As we headed to the exit she called to advise where she was exactly and what vehicle to look for. On the drive to the hotel she provided information on good local eating. The ride was smooth and Aida was very personable.

The confirmation email had no detail on where to meet at the airport Then as per their instructions I called them from airport and Speedi Shuttle just suggested I approach one of their drivers for instructions They were more helpful and advised a private car would come Ironically when the driver picked me up he said he’d been waiting an hour or so and had tried to call me with no success ( this was my fault as I had left in the zero at the beginning of my mobile number. Nonetheless he could have called despatch and hopefully they would have realised the issue with Australian mobiles ) Next time I might get an Uber

Our instructions for meeting the driver were not clear. We weren’t given the name of the company we were looking for until after I sent a message to the link from our tickets. “Assistance with our luggage” turned into dragging everything outside the airport and through several blocks to the shuttle parking. Once loaded we returned to the baggage claim area to pick up more people. So why did we drag everything around? The greeter was emotionless and we felt we were an imposition for him. The driver was better and gave interesting information while driving. We booked a round trip experience but haven’t yet been told what time to meet the shuttle in two days. I’m hoping they pull through.

Did not get picked up from the airport I had to spend $80 for a cab . I fire with Delta had several delays could not make it at 1;30p. I called to get picked up at 9pm I was told to go to arranged pickup and wait. I waited 1 hour called back was told no pickup available

PE is very knowledgeable about the history of Hawaii. Quick stops at each area and commentary and interesting things to see. Very early start. The pineapple and nuts are all about shopping as there is nothing to do there except buy stuff but very good value.
