This is a very solemn and moving trip to do. We have all seen the film clippings of the original footage as well as the movies and to be there in person brings home what actually happened there.
What happened to these men and woman was truly shocking, but the stories of bravery by ordinary people in the face of such horror is just incredible.
So, a trip to the memorial I felt was a way to show respect and honor to the brave men and women that lived and died through this horrific event.
The respect and attitude of the staff and service men and women that take you to and from the memorial is awesome.
Thank you all for your service. You honor those that went before.
The driver was 20 minutes late. I thought it was because he was picking up from several hotels causing delays. I was wrong there was only one other couple and he was late for them. We had to pick a time for the return trip without knowing how long we would be so we picked the 4:50pm time. It would be better if they three or four time we could show up to get back if we got done early as we did. We got done around 1:00pm and took the bus to the hotel instead of waiting almost four hours. I don’t think it was worth the money.
Right on time. However I believe our driver apparently got another ride call from a prestigious resort. He informed us he was dropping us off and a taxi would pick us up to finish our service. He did stay there until the taxi arrived, but was a bit offended that he dropped us for the Carlton Ritz clients.
It was a great decision on our part to take the shuttle round trip to our destination. Price is reasonable and drivers were nice! Thank you!
The shuttle was late and the pick up time is a long wait. There should be a refund since we did not take the shuttle back. And there should be an option for one way trip only

The driver was nice but my pick up time changed a couple days ahead by 1 hr later effecting my Pearl Harbor starting time. Fortunately that did not effect my activities while I was there. My departure time was originally 3:30 pm and the driver was kind to give us either a 2:20pm or 4:50 pm p/u time.
Nice vehicles and friendly driver. However, even though our hotel was on the list of pickups they called two days before and had us walk to a different location. Also when booking realized the pickups may be far between in time and are not given when booking. We booked our Arizona boat for 2:00 after a full day, but was told two days before that 4:50 was the earliest return so we had almost 2 hours wait.
Friendly driver and great driving in heavy traffic. We were thankful we could change our pick up time from Pearl Harbor as we had little ones in our group and we got done early.
This was a convenient way to get out to Pearl Harbor for the day. They called my phone directly to coordinate both the outbound and return pick-ups. (Some calls were not from a Hawaii phone number so I missed picking up a few of the calls). The return schedule had options for 11:00, 12:45, 2:20, 3:45, & 4:50 so you can plan your day around that. They arrived right on schedule so there is minimal waiting around.
After a little confusion on the pickup location, ( good thing they had my cell number!) everything was perfect with our ride to Pearl Harbor. Return trip was easy with the company calling and telling us that the van was in route, color, and van number. Highly recommend, cheap easy was to go from Waikiki to Pearl.

They contacted us the day before needing to change our pick up time which would have caused us to miss our reservation at Pearl Harbour. They ended up picking us up earlier than planned so that even though there before they opened at least we didn't miss it. Drivers right on time for both pick ups.
Shuttle company assigned the pickup and return time… neither of which I wanted. When I tried to change the pickup time I was told it was not possible so I ended up changing the time of my Pearl Harbor tour to match. I got up early for a pickup time of 0730 hours… just for the shuttle to be 25 minutes late, which almost caused me to miss the tour I rescheduled due to being forced to be picked up at 0730. My pickup time was 1400 hours, which was about four hours more time than I needed so I ubered back to my hotel. Scheduling this company was a huge mistake.
Day before tour was told our pickup time would be an hour later than originally booked. Explained we may miss our time slot for the Arizona. Unfortunately they had no answer for us and we ended up Ubering instead. Not happy
Very convenient! Driver was very nice and let us know that if we wanted to be picked up earlier or later, we could call the number on the return voucher and let them know. (We ended up wanting to be picked up earlier.)
We were supposed to be picked up at the hotel last minute change to another place so confusing for the driver confusing for us. Didn’t know that different drivers are hired. The drivers were all nice and just fine but confusion for us because bus picked us up was different than the bus that dropped us off.
I recently had a disappointing experience with this shuttle service, and I feel compelled to warn others. This service was frustrating, and I do not recommend it at all.
The issues started with the pick-up time. Initially, I was given a specific time for my morning pick-up, which I planned around. However, the morningof, I received multiple notifications from altering my pick-up time. Each change caused me stress and disrupted my daily plans.
I had arranged my entire day around this service and visit to Pearl Harbour, and the constant changes left me scrambling to adjust my plans at the last minute. In the end I was unable to go.
I even inquired about the possibility of a refund due to their inability to honor the original pick-up time, but my requests went unanswered.
We wanted to get there early but shuttle only comes back in the afternoon so will need to plan on being there over 5 hours ! The drive said to call when ready which was incorrect, must see return time on slip. We Uber back to our hotel .
We found this service great. Great price. Great communication, arrived on time, would definitely use again.
Really nice people. Felt like a family owned company. We actually had a hiccup our ticket said 7:30 AM and I guess we were scheduled for 7 AM. Was not a problem. They called us waited a couple minutes for us to get to the spot and they were very nice and friendly about it. Got us to our adventure for the day and back to the hotel when we were done!
We were told we could leave earlier than the time posted. Just call 20 minutes before we wanted to leave. Well that didn’t work. We are an older couple and would have appreciated being able to leave early. Waited an extra couple of hours for transport.
I booked for 6:30am to be picked up at the Hilton Hawaiian Village (which was an option) and I received an e-mail from the driver that I wouldn't be picked up until 7am and had to walk to the ABC store to be picked up. At 7:25 the driver still wasn't there and I called and was told he was delayed because of road closures. I needed to be at Pearl Harbor at 8 for a tour so I had to catch a cab which ended up costing me an arm and a leg and I barely made it in time to catch the boat for my tour. It was very stressful and ruined my day. All the other shuttles made it with only being 10 minutes late. I showed all the other shuttle drivers my ticket and they said they couldn't tell who the name of the shuttle was. I will never book Viator again. Don't give you a choice for a 6:30 booking if you can't oblige by it and if roads are closed and you are more then a half hour late you obviously did not leave early enough.
We were so glad we didn’t have to hassle with the driving. We ended up in a long traffic jam, but of course that wasn’t our driver’s fault.
Terrible service … 45 min late on pick-up with no contact. Tried phoning … straight to voicemail
Driver finally showed up with excuses about traffic. Could have contact us to say they were going to be late but nothing ….
Very affordable and absolutely top-notch service pick up and drop off! We had to postpone our day that we booked due to back issues and they without hesitation allowed us to hop on the next day! Very impressed
