I recently had a disappointing experience with this shuttle service, and I feel compelled to warn others. This service was frustrating, and I do not recommend it at all.
The issues started with the pick-up time. Initially, I was given a specific time for my morning pick-up, which I planned around. However, the morningof, I received multiple notifications from altering my pick-up time. Each change caused me stress and disrupted my daily plans.
I had arranged my entire day around this service and visit to Pearl Harbour, and the constant changes left me scrambling to adjust my plans at the last minute. In the end I was unable to go.
I even inquired about the possibility of a refund due to their inability to honor the original pick-up time, but my requests went unanswered.

We wanted to get there early but shuttle only comes back in the afternoon so will need to plan on being there over 5 hours ! The drive said to call when ready which was incorrect, must see return time on slip. We Uber back to our hotel .

Really nice people. Felt like a family owned company. We actually had a hiccup our ticket said 7:30 AM and I guess we were scheduled for 7 AM. Was not a problem. They called us waited a couple minutes for us to get to the spot and they were very nice and friendly about it. Got us to our adventure for the day and back to the hotel when we were done!

We were told we could leave earlier than the time posted. Just call 20 minutes before we wanted to leave. Well that didn’t work. We are an older couple and would have appreciated being able to leave early. Waited an extra couple of hours for transport.

I booked for 6:30am to be picked up at the Hilton Hawaiian Village (which was an option) and I received an e-mail from the driver that I wouldn't be picked up until 7am and had to walk to the ABC store to be picked up. At 7:25 the driver still wasn't there and I called and was told he was delayed because of road closures. I needed to be at Pearl Harbor at 8 for a tour so I had to catch a cab which ended up costing me an arm and a leg and I barely made it in time to catch the boat for my tour. It was very stressful and ruined my day. All the other shuttles made it with only being 10 minutes late. I showed all the other shuttle drivers my ticket and they said they couldn't tell who the name of the shuttle was. I will never book Viator again. Don't give you a choice for a 6:30 booking if you can't oblige by it and if roads are closed and you are more then a half hour late you obviously did not leave early enough.

The operator was constantly in touch with us before and the day of the shuttle pickup. The shuttle was on time to pick us up at the port andvwas accommodating when we wanted to return earlier than the scheduled time.

We did not know, nor did we realize that we were not the only stop in the route. . The driver picked us at our designated spot , then picked up another couple, and took them to the airport first.

We booked the previous afternoon, and were due to be picked up at 7.30am the next morning. No one arrived. I rang and actually spoke to a rude woman from Hawaiian Shuttle Transit, that we would not be getting picked up until 8.30am, as we had apparently booked too late the previous day, and that I should have rung them direct to book the shuttle service as they had no driver. I explained to her that we had another activity booked for the afternoon, so this would make us late and miss out on our other booking, she really didn’t seem to care, and said that there was nothing else that she could do.
When the driver turned up at 8,40am, my name was not even on his list, however, my sister, who also booked at the same time, as me, had her name on the list.i showed the driver my confirmation email,.
We were informed by the driver that he would return at 12.45 pm, to pick us up, however, this was too late as we had to get to our next booking, so we had to arranged alternative transport.

Scheduled the 7:30 departure time and the night before they called to try and move it to 8:30. I’m sure it had to do with their bookings. I declined the time change so they honored the 7:30 time. They arrived around 7:40 and took us to Pearl Harbor. The earliest ride back was 11:00 and we had scheduled the 12:45. We ran out at 11 to try and catch the 11:00 shuttle and they had just pulled out. They ran right on time for that one! Ours arrived about 10 min late as well, but it wasn’t a bad wait. Overall, the driver was nice and it got us there and back safely without having to figure out the bus.

Do not book with these people. It’s a scam
was told to get picked up at the Sheraton at 6:30am. It was both the wrong place and time. We almost missed our bus to Pearl Harbor
When we returned we were told we wouldn’t get dropped off at our hotel and had to walk a mile.
I demand my money back as this was not what I paid for

We picked you up from Hyatt Regency which is only a minute walk from your hotel. We're not allowed to park infront of your hotel. You even changed return time twice and we accommodate your request. Your pick up time falls on the time you have chosen on the Viator's App. We sent email confirmation and verbally confirmed all the details as well. You should have called us to advise what happened and if necessary refunds will be granted. Mahalo!

I chose 6:30 for our pickup time. Ross for the pickup place. Got TWO confirmation emails.
On the day of, we waited from 6:15 until 7:37 when I finally called and was told they don’t offer 6:30 for a pickup time and they were expecting us at a different location a block away for pickup. She asked if I got the email telling me that. Um, no. Even my digital ticket said 6:30. If it isn’t an option, why was it offered? And why would they change the pickup place?! It was a very frustrating way to start our adventure in Hawaii.

Make sure to book your USS Arizona ticket prior to your visit, with the parks dept ($1 usd) to save waiting in standby line. Tickets for other parts of Pearl Harbour can be purchased there. A must visit.

The day before our Pearl Harbor Riund Trip they called to confirm. Pickup times and return times. The day of, 630 am came and went. Many other folks made their shuttle, bur none were for us. Another driver, Dr. D, made a call to our provider, got them to dispatch a private shuttle to the us direct to Pearl Harbor. Made it without missing our time slot. All worked out. They even dropped us off directly at our Hotel on return!

Straight forward! Got to the battle ships! USS Arizona!Buy your tickets ahead. The main center is ok but Viator is the way to go! Kind easy! You can cover the main center in 45 mins.
