The guide did not appear- after calling Viator the guide returned our call after 15mins saying he had not been booked by Viator and would be another 1/2hr before he got to us. We cancelled and are still awaiting refund!

Our guide was positioned at the correct designated meeting location at the agreed-upon time. Unfortunately, it appears there was a miscommunication and your group ended up in a different location. Despite this, our guide was prepared to backtrack — a 30-minute trip — to reach you and ensure your tour took place. Before he had the opportunity to do so, we understand you contacted Viator directly and elected to cancel. Viator advised that the cancellation was valid given the circumstances, and we respected that decision. Regarding the refund — that is processed entirely through Viator, and we encourage you to follow up with them directly if it has not yet been received, as we do not handle payments made through their platform. We genuinely wish your experience had been different. Staten Island Tour

Our Staten Island St. George Pizza tour was great. Our tour guide Nancy did an amazing job in giving us the background to Staten Island. The pizza was just as great. The tour owner Michael was so kind and helpful. Sarah and Kelly from Texas highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Staten Island for its history and to check it off your five boroughs of New York check list.
