This tour, perhaps was the worst tour I have ever taken with Viator. We were asked by our tour guide, in advance, to fill out a survey that would be able to personalize our tour . Even after that, when we met our guide, who was 30 minutes late, she didn’t have stores arranged for us to go to. We are 79 years old, which she knew and she took us to a store that the air conditioning was broken. We stayed in the store too long because our guide picked up a customer in the store and helped her get some clothes while we waited in the hot hour store. Very long time. We eventually left this guide and just made our way back to our hotel. Completely lost cause. We would like our money back for this tour. My name is Jane Page and my friend is Ann Humphrey. So disappointing. We have never run into any thing like this with Viator. Please send a check for both of us to 1936 Beeson Road, Kernersville, NC 27284 payable to Jane Page. Not Worth the Money

Not what we expected, the trip started badly. The meeting point was changed and, although I was emailed, I was not texted, and being on vacation, I was not checking my emails. Therefore, we lost one hour of a three-hour excursion, between waiting and then needing to Uber 20 minutes away and then having to track Ana down to the store that she we at (she had moved on from where the revised meeting point was). We did visit a few shops, but to be honest, we were hoping for a more unique experience. The stores we visited were ones we would have shopped at without a guide. Ana was friendly but not as helpful as we thought she might be, in fact the salesgirls and fellow shoppers had far more style tips and clothing suggestions. She made very little conversation and at times it was awkward. We expected a better experience - even when we were in the changing rooms it would have been helpful if we could have left our bags with her. The advertisement said we would have photos and there were none. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Regarding the meetup point being changed, it was changed to personalize the tour circuit based on your answers to the shopping tour form and it was communicated both by email and text message a couple of days ahead of the tour to avoid time loss and discomfort for your group and the other guests on the tour. And regarding tour photos, those are usually sent a few days post tour, we will look into it with Ana.

Unsuccessful fashion tour

This fashion tour was a major letdown. making me feel like the visit wasn't worth the time and money. Sara was super nice and cute but I do not think she is the best fit for the role. There were no recommendations and no guidance. No stories about fashion! Basically we were shopping and she was waiting on us in the stores that we picked. Overall, I didn't have a good experience on this tour and wouldn't recommend it to others.
