Zipping around Central Park was fantastic fun, cold but sunny weather helped make it a great experience. Hire shop were efficient and I’m sure would explain the basics if you need it.

Easy to find, bit rushed at the start, but make sure you ask them to explain how it all works, routes, e Scooter etc. Central Park really easy to navigate. Only issue was that the time starts when you sign off not when you actually start your scooter, so watch your time. You will be charged for late rentals.

Well there was no explanation as to where to pick up scooter. We show up to shop and its closed. May be because of weather? But no one has reached out or did reach out yesterday.

Overall a great experience! Reserved online a few day ahead. Once we arrived associate scanned our code, took ID and Deposit off we went! ($200 deposit was required no info online about this) I think this maybe helpful to someone in the future. But if you have question call ask. Staff is very friendly from the moment you walk up to sidewalk. Rented for three hours plenty of time. I will say i could do this all day! So much site seeing and fun! Went through NYC, little italy, China Town and Central park. Able to eat, Snack and site see. Definitely worth renting!!

We seemed to be an inconvenience. They handed us the scooters and walked away. After trying to figure out why it wasn’t moving they came out. It wasn’t until we stopped at a NYC information booth that we found out where we could and couldn’t ride the scooter. This should have been basic information at checkout. Return wasn’t much friendlier. They took my wife’s scooter up the stairs and told me to carry the other. It’s not super heavy but is awkward and I am handicapped. These scooters had trouble at every hill as others raced by. We had to jump start. When they did go normally it was quite enjoyable. We will do it again but most likely with another firm. A simple gesture of asking how our ride went would have been the minimum to ask. They did not seem to care in the least.

A Must for Central Park

The booking, the pick up, and riding experience were all easy and enjoyable. We bought the 3 hour e-scooter trip and took them through Central Park. After the initial "Am I too old for this?" fears wore off we thoroughly enjoyed the ride. In that amount of time we were able to do two loops around CP. The laneways in the Park are clearly marked for a riding experience respectful to all visitors. Highly recommend.
