Best way to see NYC at night

Absolutely the best way to see NYC is to see it from the water at night, and this tall ship was a blast! Excellent bartender and captain/crew. Highly recommend.

Aufgrund starken Windes wurde eine andere Route in Richtung Freiheitsstatue gewählt. Angeblich fährt das Schiff normalerweise vom Pier den East River hinauf und wieder zurück, dass heißt, die Südspitze von Manhattan wird NICHT umrundet. Aufgrund der niedrigen Geschwindigkeit dauert es sehr lange, aber man sieht deswegen auch nicht mehr. Die angebotenen Cocktails entsprechen zwar den üblichen überhöhten NY-Preisen, aber die Qualität stimmt nicht - in eine Margarita kommt kein Soda hinein (um das Glas voller zu machen)!

We are sorry you didn’t not appreciate the experience of being aboard a large sailing ship. We are a sailboat and subject to wind and currents of N.Y. Harbor. Perhaps you would have preferred a faster ferry boat that take you out to see the Statue on a fixed route with a narrator, instead of the show of raising our huge sails and gliding at a more natural pace. Not sure about your criticism of your cocktail as no one would ever put soda into a margarita. — for any reason. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding.
