- Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
- All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
- All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.
- Passengers may be scheduled to fly at any time between their assigned check-in time and their booked tour time. Actual flight times may vary based on operational needs, weather conditions, and passenger flow.
- Flights purchased prior to March 2, 2026, the $40 per person heliport fee was not included in the original booking price. This fee will be payable at the time of check-in.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers

It started out rough, our flight was delayed, but they were able to reschedule for the next day. The ride was totally worth it and they accommodated us for the delay. Top notch.

Very disappointing. Was delayed a long time and then the whole excursion was in French, because 2 other people spoke French. However the rest of 4 only spoke English. Waste of money with all the narration in French

Amazing! Highly recommend to do in NY. Very lucky with weather so might be hard to book too much in advance. We did a Tuesday & booked the Sunday. Disappointed to get such a tax bill on check in. Could be a game changer for people. Also remember ID

Booking a few days in advance, like you did, can definitely help when forecasts look good.
The $40 Heliport Fee per person is not included in your ticket. Viator does not collect it in advance (unlike our other partners where it's bundled in the ticket price).
And yes — thank you for mentioning the ID reminder! It is an FAA requirement and is a must. In our confirmation emails we remind everybody, without an ID you will not be allowed to fly.

ID is required upon arrival which was not made clear on the tour description, also, an additional $82 for Tax needs to be paid, this was not listed either, for anyone not familiar with add on tax this could come as a surprise because when booked online it says Paid.
With that said, the experience itself is amazing, I still give a 5 star truly base on the experience of the tour, the above are communication problems which can be improved.

Anybody who flies needs to bring and present a government issued ID. In today's environment, nobody is allowed to fly without an ID - whether it's on planes or helicopters. It is a government requirement.

This was a nice tour. Organized. The guide is a recording you don’t hear from an actual person. Our headsets didn’t work for the first 1/2 of the tour so it was hard to know what the talking point was but the pilot fixed it.
You never fly over any part of the city, just along the river. They will also offer to take your photo at the helipad for 25$ for 1 picture or 25$ for all 5 pictures. The funny thing is it’s the same photo! They dont take different photos of you around or in the helicopter. Which was funny that they bragged about the 35$ for 5 photos instead of 1 even though they are all basically the same haha overall a great trip. Beautiful views.

Don’t book it when the president is in town they cut the flight short because of that but otherwise was a good time.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, when the President is in Town, the airspace around Manhattan is severely restricted due to No Fly Zones for security. Cancel for a Full Refund or Reschedule for Free will always be offered.

Be on time! The tour is excellent. However, once in the the air I think it could be a little longer by not flying at such a rapid rate to allow time to view and take photos. Kind of expensive for flight time.

A staff member stood at a table and ate breakfast, totally unprofessional.
We arrived early and they put us on the next flight to fill the helicopter with 4 other large males. We had to pay extra at the office instead of it being included in the price, poor management, wonder how much of the US$80 went under the table?
We paid US$1,000 so Frank Sinatra could sing New York New York as the rest of the commentary was in a foreign language. Had we known we would have bought a good bottle of bubbles and had him sing to us in our lounge room.
Told us to help ourselves to coffee but we had to pay an extra US$5 for cheap coffee.
Not value for money, could not recommend this company. Very very disappointed.

The $40 per person Heliport Fee is not included in your ticket since you booked this via Viator/Trip Advisor. They do not collect this Fee. This is not an under the table fee, our staff did not pocket this! You can choose not to book it if you do not want to pay the Heliport Fee. Please go back to your booking confirmation and see that this was disclosed.
Again, for all reading this, there is a $40 Heliport Fee that is collected that we forward to the heliport at the end of the Tour day. Please read the *What is Not Included* part on the Viator page.

Possibly too short for the deluxe service and a suggestion to provide an exciting buildup to the helicopter experience at the base. Kindly noted that all the staff were very friendly. A suggestion of aviation styled uniforms and "come fly with me" and similar music would enhance the experience.

Experience was ok. But I booked a flight for 6pm to see night city, because sun goes down 5:55pm. We arrived as explained in the ticket 45min in advance to prepare for the flight and were put into helicopter right away. When I asked the attendant why we are flying so early they told they can put me on flight whenever they want and refused to put me on the flight at 6m as it appears on the ticket. Helicopter itself was old and audio wasn’t working properly. It was as well really hot inside the helicopter.

A very enjoyable experience and a great way to see all the sights in a short time.
My only disappointment was that I had no commentary during the trip. I heard the pilot welcome us aboard and bid us farewell at the end but nothing at all in the middle.
Having being asked not to speak to the pilot on the trip, I didn’t ask about commentary.
My cousin who sat in front had hers perfectly well.
Apart from this, the trip was fantastic but I had to guess what things were!
