This is an amazing experience that is worth to be lived ! From the pools to the steam rooms everything was perfect with impeccable service.
I will definitely be back and recommend. I booked the all day entrance which I believe is worth booking rather than a three hour day as you really want to have time to enjoy this spa. We didn’t make it in time to get a massage but will definitely make it a priority to book next visit.

Even though we went on a busy Saturday night, it still felt very peaceful. So many rooms to explore and the views are just amazing. The outdoor igloos with firepits were also very relaxing. Great experience especially for the price.

Beautiful spa, killer views. Perfect day to relax and enjoy time with my husband after the craziness of the holidays. Staff was friendly and helpful, lunch was delicious but pricey!!

This is my second visit to QCNY, I got the evening sunset package and got a beautiful sunset ferry ride over. I did my at the end off a very busy first day in NY and it helped my jet lag.

We floated over to Governor’s Island on the late afternoon ferry and then, we were transported to an evening retreat full of treatments, dips, and saunas like no other. It was a perfect… we were a group of six “family and friends” celebrating a birthday.

Such an amazing experience!! There was enough space that it didn’t feel crowded. Pools were the perfect heat for 30 degree weather. The views were spectacular of the city skyline. Every room was aromatic and soothing. My massage was easy to book and the check in process was a breeze. I will definitely come back!

Great Amenities. Loved how the different saunas had different scents & loved the relaxation rooms with their individual themes.
2nd time coming and have noticed some improvements & more work in progress.
Enjoyed the apples under the water dispenser & apple cider.
Wished the glass igloos had some heat in them for colder months; the robes had pockets; wet swimsuit bag was resealable; staff stopped guessing people’s sizes for robes/flip flops; wished the menu portions were somewhat more filling; wished tea was offered where the water dispensers as well.

I’m in love with the view and the design of this place.
I gave myself a relaxing day, the spa is a unique place that detaches you from the city.
The only thing that you need to bring is your swimsuit m, the take care of the rest.
It was easy to get there by the ferry from Manhattan.

Très bel endroit pour passer un moment paisible après de longues journées de marche à New York. Il y a une vue imprenable sur la skyline. L’eau de la piscine est chauffée donc pas de problème s’il ne fait pas beau. Le seul point négatif est que le personnel est peu aimable et plus particulièrement au bar qui se situe à côté de la piscine où personne ne vous prête attention quand vous attendez pour commander quelques choses à boire. C’est dommage.
