- Maximum allowed passenger capacity per time slot is 3. Please, do not book for more than 3 passengers. One pedicab carries up to 3 passengers, including children. If you book for 3 passengers, you will be assigned one pedicab. The combined passenger weight limit for one pedicab is 570 pounds.
- The tours have assigned hop off stops (to walk to the areas that can only be reached by walking and to take photos) and if you decide to skip these assigned hop off stops, your tour might be shortened.
- Please, provide your cell phone number when you book your tour. We communicate with our customers. We notify our customers (sometimes in the last minute) when there are issues such as Central Park closures, cancellations due to rain, last minute delays, mechanical issues or health problems.
- We have the full discretion to cancel tours when it rains. We do not give tours when it rains. We decide rain cancellations 2 hours before the scheduled tour time. We will send you notifications when we cancel the tour. We issue full refunds if we cancel the tours due to rain.
- We recommend that you arrive at our departure point (West 57th Street and 6th Avenue New York, NY 10019) 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Please, consider the traffic conditions in New York City. Our low prices depend on your timely appearance. If you arrive late, your tour might be shortened. We might consider your tour no show if you are late more than 15 minutes.
- We'd rather lose money, not your trust. If you have any concern with your tour, please, contact us after your tour. We will do our best to resolve your concern.
- You do not have to bring a receipt on the date of the tour. You just need to confirm your first name and last name with the assigned driver.
- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

This was an excellent and relaxing way to see the highlights of Central Park. We were blessed with an excellent guide, Denis. He gave us a lot of great commentary, plenty of time to take pictures and get close up views of specific stops. So glad we did this and lucky to get such an entertaining guide.
Our tour guide Rio was very knowledgeable. He gave us a very interactive and fun tour of the central park.

Booking on Viator was super easy, and my ticket went straight to my Apple Wallet. I called 5 minutes before just to double-check the ride, and the customer service was excellent—they let me know Alek would be my driver.
Alek arrived right on time and was fantastic from the start, even pulling over immediately to find a phone charger for me when I needed one. We did a full Central Park tour with 9 stops. Even though you're encouraged to get out for the views, I preferred to stay in the carriage for some of them, and Alek was totally cool with it.
He is incredibly knowledgeable about NYC history and presents it beautifully. He uses a Bluetooth speaker for sound effects, an iPad for videos, and a photo book for celebrity homes and historic buildings. Since we skipped a few walkabouts, the ride was a smooth 50 minutes.
✨10/10 experience, would definitely book again!

Alex our tour guide was excellent! He really made sure we learned alot about Central Park. I highly recommend Alex and this service it was so easy to be picked up at the designated location. This was on my birthday and it made the day soooo special for me! Loved it!
This is a must! Central Park is our favorite and is the best exploring it by pedi cab! You can sit and relax and enjoy the views.
The guide was very good giving plenty of info on all the areas of interest. 50 mins is not enough time to take in all the park so would suggest you take a longer package to get the best out of the day.
Went with my husband & our 1 year old son and it was so good, my son loved seeing all around central park! Very informative, good photo ops & friendly service. We learnt so much about Central Park in the hour! Alex was amazing. Highly recommend
We had the BEST experience on this tour. We went on a very cold but sunny day. Alex picked us up at exactly the stated time. He was a fantastic tour guide. We saw so much more of Central Park than we would have on foot. This was especially due to a snowfall the day before. Alex is a pleasure to be with. He provided a lap blanket & lots of great information about Central Park & NYC. This is the BEST value for the amount you spend. If you are trying to decide between the different Pedicab tours, CHOOSE THIS ONE!
Such a fun time. Especially at Christmas. Our driver was Alex. He was simply the best. He was very knowledgeable and played fun music. Plus a nice warm blanket to throw over our legs. We did the one hour tour and it was perfect.
This was in the last day of our trip and our legs were done. We would not have ever been able to see this much of Central Park. Our guide was courteous and polite, on time and just awesome!!

Leo met us on time and where expected. He was knowledgeable and engaging. We learned things we did not know.
We booked on Viator and the meeting point was not up to date so we had an anxious few minutes contacting the company and finding the pedicabs. We missed the first 15 minutes of our tour because of this.
Once we met up with our guides, the experience was very good. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and we enjoyed a relaxing tour of some of Central Park’s highlights.

It gave a good overview of the park for a first-timer & notable spots in a short period of time, without having to walk all over the place. Also, it kept us dryer in the rain than we would have been if walking.
Really interesting experience with stops to take photos. Unfortunately half way through the drivers bike was impounded by NYPD due to not having renewed his licence!!!! We continued however 😎 with another driver. The first driver was brilliant 👏

A great way to experience central park in an hour! Our tour guide Leo was super knowledgeable, funny, and friendly and we had a fantastic ride. You'll get to see some of the more famous points of the park and learn a lot about it's history and New York along the way.
