The operator canceled our tour via text message just hours before it was to have begun. I requested a refund and have received no response to date. I had contacted Viator to try to reschedule and they told me they were unable to reschedule with the operator.

Our tour was cancelled due to UN road closures but we saw many other tours going . We were very confused, did the Brooklyn bridge and Dumbo on our own but would have loved to have had a guide .

Davis is an excellent tour guide. However, the Brooklyn Bridge was closed for a permitted protest. So we didn’t get to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, instead he adapted and had us walk across the Manhattan Bridge. Which is awful because of the nonstop trains going across it and you can’t hear each other talk. So the experience we paid for and we’re really looking forward to, never happened. We should’ve been offered a refund, or a reschedule because I did not appreciate wasting my time crossing Manhattan Bridge. Again, Dave was awesome, but this was not the experience we expected. It seems like there’s a way to check to see what activities are happening on the bridge and know if it’s closed or not in advance.
