I recommend to make it at begging of holiday so you can have a first overview of all areas before to visit in detail

Many of our guests wait to the last day and we sometimes have to move our tours around to accommodate other guests or rain... we do most of our tours in Brooklyn - and we cringe when our guests say "well, we have seen everything else, so we decided to come to Brooklyn on our last day..."

We had an amazing experience with a very knowledgeable guide Danny. We live in New Jersey and thought we knew the city but we were mistaken. Danny started downtown and we went over the Manhattan Bridge to Brooklyn. Beautiful new experiences and a lot of “fun facts” from our smart and funny guide Danny. Would highly recommend this guided bike tour to anyone.

I just can't say enough about our tour of the city and our tour guide. I will start with our tour guide Daniel. Dan was great. He took us everywhere we wanted to go. Dan was knowledgable telling us stories and the history of the areas we visited. He was professional, polite, and fun all the while keeping us safe on the streets of New York. The tour was absolutely fantastic. There's no better way of immersing yourself and seeing the city than taking a bike tour. This was our first bike tour of New York City but definitely not our last and when we go again, Dan is going to be our tour man. Blessing to you Dan!

uhmm… we don’t get many one person bookings for a 20 mile bike tour throughout the city during flash flood warnings and heavy thunderstorms! You were offered different dates and options at discounted rates- but you never responded to our emails, texts, or calls, silly person. And anyone who watched the news, NYC was decalred an emergency for flooding...

This trip was fun but beware, check your bikes before you depart. I had no back brake which caused me to almost flip over when I had to fast stop in Central Park. My back tire also wobbled back and forth.

Thank you for pointing out your issues. We have a partnership with a bike company who provides the bikes in lower Manhattan. On our Brooklyn Tours, we own our equipment and take pride in the maintenance of our bikes.... it has certainly come to our attention that the quality of the bikes in Manhattan are not to our standard as a company and we have taken measures to solve the issue by not using the companies bikes.... pre-covid we had storage for all of our bike in Manhattan and had to move everything to our Brooklyn Location. We will be moving back into the "city" soon... Again thank you for bringing to our attention and for the more than fair review of what we do.. all the best.

The most memorable part of the trip was The wonderful stories That Tom, my guide, told. He’s a great historian but he’s an even better storyteller. Nobody likes to learn about history. But we all love a good story and that’s what Tom provided., Not just dry history. The tour was more about the culture Of so many wonderful people in Chinatown Greenwich Village, little Italy, and so many more pockets of culture within the Manhattan metro. Thanks Tom!

Although initialy canceled because I was the only remaining participant. The tour went in and i am very happy that Josh was willing to do the tour. New York is amazing as are people like Josh who have a lot of inside of New York and New Yorkers...

Second visit to New York we fancied something a bit different so booked the bike tour. It didn't disappoint. Lots of info provided along the way. Safe travelling on the busy streets and through Central Park. Only downside too many breaks hanging around. Other than that had a great time. Give it a go.

Our guide was a really nice guy, but he knew very little about NYC. He usually only stated the name of the building or monument, then moved on. He provided some information that was entirely wrong. A few bikes had mechanical issues during the ride, and he did not know anything about how to resolve those issues. And the ride isn't for everyone. We rode on surface streets with heavy traffic, ran red lights, and often rode down the middle of busy streets. If you aren't very comfortable on a bike, avoid this tour. Personally I had a blast with the riding part. Just not the tour guide part.

I was the only person to book this trip and was asked if to consider a tour through Brooklyn. I gladly accepted and I am happy to report that it was better than I could have ever expected! I am not an active rider but managed the 15 mile tour through Brooklyn just fine. The history and the views are AMAZING!!

This was a totally amazing tour. My guide, John and Josh made sure that I saw and stopped at all the things I wanted to see. My suggestion is take the early tour as the traffic not so busy. At all times i felt completely safe with them looking out for me. I'm not a regular bike rider but finished it with ease. I caught a taxi out to the start but would suggest you have access to über etc as finding a taxi for the return trip was not easy. Once again John and Josh took care of this for me. I was an Aussie travelling alone and I think they took pity on me. Would say this is a must do as I was able to see everything up close.

Die Tour wurde ca. 4 Wochen zuvor gebucht und auch dann wenige Tage vorher bestätigt, aber dann 15 Minuten nach dem eigentlichen Beginn auf telefonische Rückfrage abgesagt. Eine Mail mit der Absage wurde nicht gesendet. Erst auf Anforderung wurde der Betrag rückerstattet. Sehr schlechter Service. DEr komplette Tag war über den Haufen geworfen.
