A great outing. The small coach was clean and comfortable. Our driver Larry aka bamba was excellent, informative, funny and very courteous. The guided tour around the plantation was with s small group, again informative and knowledgeable, answering all questions posed to him.
The experience wasn't rushed in any way.

Our tour guide gave a very nuanced, historically accurate description of life on the plantation, from the plantation owners to the enslaved people. Learned more here than I ever did in school

Very informative tour - All guides were great.
Except arrived late for our tour at Laura Plantation to meet our guide there.
And no information that you could get food and drink at Oak Alley Plantation at the stop for 45 minutes.
That was in our opinion essential information, as no food at Laura Plantation.
Otherwise thanks to all involved, in giving us this trip.

Due to a rain storm and a lady falling our tour was very short for the price. The tour guide attended to the lady that fell. Group was left to entertain theirselves in the museum which one could tour on their own. No refund or discount was offered.

I’m am so sorry about your experience. At Crescent city Tours we pride ourselves on giving quality service. Had I been aware of your disappointment I would have certainly tried to address and accommodate you for those issues. Crescent city tours is a separate entity from the site where the tour is taken. We provide the means of transportation to the tour. As a company we have never received anything less than five stars. Unfortunately all of your complaints were beyond my control. But if there is anything that I can do in the future to make this up to you please do not hesitate to reach out. As a courtesy if you ever come to New Orleans again We will provide free transportation for you and your party from the airport to the hotel. And again you have our deepest apologies.

Laura plantation est un lieu vraiment intéressant à découvrir autant d’un point de vue historique économique et sociale. Au travers de cette visite, on comprend toutes les subtilités et difficultés de la vie au sein d’une plantation, autant d’un point de vue des propriétaires que des esclaves. Se rendre dans le petit musée juste après la visite dans du sens et permet de faire du lien avec tout ce qui a été dit, et vu.
Les guides et le personnel sont avenants et maîtrisent très bien leur sujet. Merci à toute l’équipe.

Attention pour les non anglophones, uniquement la visite de la Laura plantation est en Français.
