A fun and efficient way to explore parts of New Orleans that are often overlooked, and a good education on the evolution of the city. The Garden District is beautiful, the biking is easy, and our guide Adam is very knowledgeable.

I’ll start off my saying we booked the garden district tour but ended up on the French Quarter and City Park tour - and it turned out to be a wonderful day. Our guide, Chip was a knowledgeable and highly engaging guide with a great knack for story telling and the knowledge to be able to answer all our questions The group was small and we visited many local landmarks and historical places The bikes were safe and very easy to ride and we had a choice of helmets. Highly recommend Chris and this tour company for their professionalism and a great experience

It was a little pricey for just riding regular bikes and not electric bikes. Could hardly hear your guide not something I would choose to do.

Change the name of the tour

Amanda_K, Apr 2026
If the tour is advertised as a Garden District tour then it should actually go to the Garden District. When we arrived the tour guide informed us that the tour would not go to the garden district. One fellow bike rider said it was because there were no gardens to tour. I have visited the area before and was not expecting gardens, but to visit a section of the city with beautiful homes. Riding down Esplande was not the same. The tour group should change the description of the ride. Also, the guide was not very well-informed on local events or bike riding rules & “taught” the group to ride on sidewalks.

Wonderful biking tour!...

Wonderful biking tour! Adam took us all over and gave interesting history on different parts of New Orleans!

Fantastic!

Patricia_H, Mar 2026
It is incredible way to tour the area but its a long ride. I think I would recommend the electric bike instead of manual. Our guide was phenomenal.

Great way to see the sights

Educational and interesting tour and a very knowledgeable tour guide! We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend it to all!

Buyer Beware

Bryan_S, Dec 2025
My fiancé’s e-bike stopped working half way thru the tour and the guide was so far ahead of us with the others we couldn’t make him aware of the mechanical issue with the battery. Resulting in being left behind - on top of not being able to hear anything he was saying. When we finally caught up with him, he said the bike didn’t like the cold and laughed. Also, the owner called us an hour before and asked us to change our time so he could cancel our tour guide and combine us with another group.

Great tour with an engaging and knowledgeable guide

The tour was well narrated. We had comfortable bikes with mostly flat roads. Adequate number of stops. Chip provided a lot of historical facts.

Bikers beware

Linda_S, Sep 2025
Road riding thru the city can be rough. We are a little older and we're challenged a bit. The course was flat, but a little intimidating if you're not used to close traffic.

Great start to our first visit to NOLA

HipDip_H, Sep 2025
The bike tour is the best way to start your trip in Nola! Chip was a fantastic guide who definitely has ‘real’ knowledge of the area and its history. The tour was relaxed with plenty of stops so never felt rushed and the bikes were in great condition. Loved trying out the cruiser bike for the first time and so comfortable. Chip provided really interesting information and history which kept us hooked. Probably one of the best tours I’ve been on. Hope to join the good tour if time allows

Fun way to see the city !

Jezebel_M, Aug 2025
Great ride! It was a nice way to see the city without walking in the heat. The roads are super flat so no big hills to climb on the bike.

This was absolutely the best way to kick off our New Orleans vacation! Guy was a fabulous tour and biking leader, going at a perfect pace for both the biking and i formation sharing perspective. His engaging and thorough commentary was a wonderful addition to seeing the sights!

A perfect day in New Orleans

Susan_S, Dec 2024
Guy led our group of 6 through the French quarter, the Faubourg Marigny and the Garden district on a lovely Sunday morning. Guy’s narration of the history, Creole culture and architecture, along with the beautiful weather and relatively uncrowded streets, made for the perfect outing to fall in love all over again with New Orleans’ numerous charms. The only difficulty I had was keeping up with the group when there was so much to look at around me! A beautiful tour.

Great experience

Fernando_M, Nov 2024
Our guide, Betsy, was excellent with great insights about the stories behind the beautiful architecture of the Garden District. In spite of the rain we had a wonderful time.

Summer_B, Aug 2024
This tour was so good I would do the exact same one again and probably will. Guy was so knowledgeable about the history of New Orleans and actually made it come alive! Loved the architecture information as well.

A RIDE TO REMEMBER!

Alea_C, Aug 2024
I loved the bike tour! It was a great overview of all the sights and knowledge to get you started with a New Orleans experience! Honestly, I recommend that it's the first experience anyone takes so you can plot the rest of your adventure! We actually did it in reverse and it helped remind us of moments we had and to plot more. It's by far the most relaxing experience you can have in the AM! Nice sights, helpful insights, great knowledge filled moments. I'd do this again without hesitation.
