Great tour by our tour guide Kristi she did a wonderful job of walking us through town and explaining the history of New Orleans. She made the trip enjoyable and personal and we really felt well about what we had learned. Highly recommend her for everyone.!

Easy to work with! Great communication, pleasant staff, very accommodating. We were running late and the tour guide did everyto make sure we could still participate. Even, when it became apparent that we couldn't make the tour because one of our group could not walk, Jack checked in on us and offered to get our Cafe du Monde coupons to us.

What a pleasure and honor it was to spend a couple of hours with this humble and knowledgeable New Orleans historian John Hankins! Walking throughout our tour was like walking with a celebrity, which he is. We feel fortunate for such a special treat along with ending it at Cafe Du Monde!

Kristi was a great guide and we learned a lot and had fun. We felt like we got a really comprehensive tour of the area with great history and stories. Definitely recommend taking this tour. The vouchers for Cafe du Monde were the powdered sugar on top.

We booked our tour but it didn’t meet the minimum number of participants, however Larry our guide stepped up to take our small group of four. He was the best, and gave us history of the city he was most knowledgeable of. We learned a lot. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and recommend it.

Jonn was a fantastic guide! He is very knowledgeable and shared super interesting information. He’s also a great storyteller, and just a really nice guy.
Prior to beginning the tour, he made sure to understand what we were interested in, and emphasized those things.

My tour seemed very disorganized and scattered. The guide, Suzy, was nice but started the tour around 20 minutes past the starting time and ran about 10 minutes late at the end. She had some interesting facts but the tour wasn’t cohesive. Also the description of the tour makes it look like we’ll get beignets and cafe au lait at the end and won’t have to wait in line. Instead the guide just gave us coupons to get them on our own later. I wouldn’t do this tour again.

They canceled my tour at the last minute and I was not able to book another tour. We cannot get a refund at the last minute, they should not be able to cancel at the last minute

The tour leader Jonn, brought the tour to life with his knowledge of the New Orleans area. Most of all, you could tell from the way he presented the history, it was with genuine passion. I believe it made the tour much more enjoyable and connected to the culture of NOLA. Also, thanks for this tour allowing me to have my first beignet.
