No guide showed up. We were at the meeting place for over 40 minutes. We were very excited about this tour and so disappointed that it fell through. Got confirmation of payment and schedule but nothing else. No communication after that. Waiting for a refund.

The tour started off well and our guide was very nice, but after two stops it’s started pouring down rain. We asked the guide if she could cancel it and she said that she wasn’t authorized to do so. We ended up leaving along with most of the other people on the tour. The tour company has a policy for this type of situation, but we have not received any refunds as of yet.

The tour guide provided us with little to no information and the brief information he gave was unrehearsed and sometimes inaccurate based on historical fact. The locations had potential to be a great historical tour, but our guide made it almost unbearable to be interested in it. Unfortunately, it felt as if we were watching a middle school presentation and he didn't believe the information he was relaying. During our tour multiple people left before the end of the session, and he did not seem concerned of their departure of safety. We tried to wait to ensure that they were accounted for, but he just continued walking leaving them behind forcing us to follow. The tour has potential to be great but I wish the guide was more professional and enthusiastic about the information provided.

The tour guide (I believe his name was Jason, but could be wrong) was definitely quirky. However, I don’t think the tour is worth the money. A lot of the information I could have got off Google & done a self-tour.

It was extremely difficult to hear anything the tour guide said because there were so many other tours going on around us at the same time as well as never-ending traffic. They need to offer tours with a microphone.
Very disappointing and basically a waste of money in my opinion.

It was ok. I'm not sure if our tour guide was new, but I could barely hear him. He said "like" way too much, so it took away from the stories. He was super nice, but it looked like no one was really captivated by the stories.

The guide was energetic and helpful. Not his fault but the group was too large. The guide had to walk at the front so he could lead. Unfortunately, if you were further back, like us, you couldn’t hear a word. We wound up leaving the tour right after the rest stop. Wasn’t worth the money.

The group story telling was long and didn't keep my attention. No where to stop for a drink, even water. It was a last min decision to go with friends and they were prepared and said the same.

Christian gave a great tour and shared interesting stories and history of the areas we toured. He ensured we were able to stop to get a drink and use the restroom which was really nice. Great tour guide and tour!

Almost a third of the people in the tour were smoking - very unpleasant! Tour guide was good but issues related to slavery and mistreatment were talked about rather flippantly and without much regard for the human cost.

The tour was ok, we did it because we were handed off the brochure and I checked the reviews were great. We did the 8:30 PM tour, so we were asked to meet 15 mins prior which we did. Our tour was a 1 1/2 hour tour and should have ended at 10 PM. It ended just after 11 PM. Great information and communication. Would have preferred if we were given a heads up before proceeding to the next stop as the group size was about 20 making it difficult to keep up. I wouldnt do it again as I didnt really enjoy being on my feet for 3 hours straight. It is great if you dont mind being on your feet for that long. Also the streets were ery noisy, the tour stops in the middle of the street and we struggle to hear what the guide is saying admist the honking traffic. There is definitely room for improvement

Christian was an amazing guide! He was knowledgeable and engaging. During the tour, we stopped at several infamous locations and got to hear stories of how they gained their infamy. Great tour!

Our guide Gabby was very enthusiastic, friendly and interesting. She did a great job of bringing the stories to life with her dramatic telling of the tales. Our only complaint was that although she spoke loudly and clearly it was often difficult to hear her because of the size of the crowd and background noise.

The tour guide was excellent. The tour was very informational. I learned things I did not know before. Just know that the tour does not circle back to the starting point. I enjoyed it but know it is outdoors, some areas are dark, narrow streets, there is one stop at a bar where you can get a drink or use the restroom. Wear good shoes because the ground is at times unlevel and it's dark, can be slippery. This is a two-hour tour with much historical value. I would recommend it to people who would like to learn about history and haunted places.
