I had such a great experience thanks to Adam, Sean, and Oscar. However I booked specifically for snorkeling and we did not go snorkeling. I think there needs to be a title change.

Alejandra and their team were awesome, very friendly and professionals. The first part of the activity doing kayaking between the manglars was my favourite part. We saw sea turtles!!! And the raccoons just lovelies.

Isabella was super good. We had kayak and went to the raccoon island. The kayak and raccoon experience was good. But snorkeling was beside the raccoon island. There was not much fish and the water is not very clean.

Ashley was an awesome tour guide! It was a fun time. We werent able to snorkel because of the wind but the raccoons were amazing! Totally recommend!

Typically, a tour operator starts a tour explaining what is going to happen: "We will go from this boat to another and then do this activity and then this". They did not explain anything, just pointed us to the next thing. We were so confused. On the 2nd boat, they said to put our valuables in a box. Then we were on a kayak with no return to the boat until the end. So...we didn't have our cameras because now they were in the box. They could have said "put anything you don't want to take with you on the island in the box".
There was no snorkeling on this Beginner Friendly Snorkeling Tour. Due to weather? Who knows? No explanation.
That said, the locations were beautiful and we loved interacting with the raccoons on the island. There was a random visitor, not on our tour, who told us more about how the raccoons came to be there. Our tour guide said nothing and left us to go look for coconuts.

It all began with the calm, rhythmic waves gently lapping against the kayak. As we paddled out, the serenity of the water was like a mirror and we reached to an island
The transition from kayaking to boating was seamless, with the salty sea back waters and catching glimpses of playful dolphins in the distance.
But the real magic came when we anchored the boat and jumped in for snorkeling. Beneath the surface, an entire world of vibrant coral and curious sea creatures awaited. Schools of fish darted between rocks, their colors sparkling in the sunlight that filtered down through the crystal-clear water. Floating above them, time seemed to slow down, and the only sound was the gentle gurgle of my own breath. It felt like a dance with nature, each creature telling its own story as we swam alongside them.

This was the biggest bait and switch scam. DO NOT book this tour if you want to go snorkeling. I traveled with my 10 year old daughter. We were told that once we kayaked to the island, we would take a boat and go snorkeling. They pretended like the boat wasn't working, so we had to kayak to a second island against the ocean current. When we got to the second island, I asked when we would go snorkeling. Only then did the tour guide say that we were NOT going snorkeling. So basically, I paid for a snorkeling trip with NO snorkeling. They should have told us before we left in the kayaks, and given us a chance to go back after the first island if there would be no snorkeling. This is a complete bait and switch scam.

Captain Gabby was very good. She was enthusiastic and very accommodating. As for the kayaking, there was barely any waiting time and the communication was amazing. The guide was with us every step of the way while kayaking and we felt very safe. There was water provided when we took a little break while kayaking on the water. The tip was all included so we didnt need to tip the guides. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend this to everyone.

It was a nice day though not as expected or advertised. Out of the 3 hour experience we snorkeled for about 20 min max. The majority of it was taken up by mandatory kayaking to and from an island in Biscayne Bay, with a 30 min boat ride to and from anotherrrr island (Raccoon Island) to which we snorkeled. The snorkeling was kind of a side step instead of the main thing. Also the gear is old school/cheap and not the updated full face snorkel mask. They don’t sanitize them in between groups. We got Covid afterwards.

We group of 3 people actually booked for the snorkeling but missed it due to personal issues, requested for the other activity and we did kayaking, our guide and the service provider were very co-operative and helpful, we really had a great time kayaking, enjoyed the entire trip along the city in the night..highly recommend soflo water adventures!!!

Our family had a lot of fun on this experience. Dayo was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable about everything. We had an awesome time kayaking through the mangroves and feeding the raccoons. Miguel was a great captain too. Would definitely recommend this adventure to anyone and all experience levels.

More than I expected an loved it. Thought it was just snorkeling and ended up being that plus a nice kayak an a paddle around some groves. Loved it. Staff was amazing and very knowledgeable.. will definitely use them again my next trip. 💖🤜🏼🤛🏼

I loved learning kayaking; I enjoyed talking with our group; the boat ride was nice; the snorkeling was so beautiful with seeing the awesome coral reef and fish and feeding the raccoons was so cool and beautiful.

A quick boat ride to the Kayaks and then we were off. Miguel and Aaron were great guides! We did snorkeling which included kayaking the mangroves and raccoon island. Snorkeling didn’t have much to see but a great place to practice snorkeling and get comfortable with the equipment and water. Raccoon Island was great! We got to see many friendly raccoons. We were put into a tandem kayak with life vests. Learned about what else to do in Miami. Fruit and drinks were provided!

Do not reserve with them, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. The snorkeling tour was scheduled to 12:00pm, they decided to move it to 2:00pm without notifying me, I arrived early at 11:00am, at 12:00 nobody arrived, I saw 2 guys resting in a boat from this company, they told me the only tours was at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, I had to call Viator to get a refund, however did not refund the 4 hours lost, and the $100 dollar of Uber from coming and returning, this place is very far from south beach or down town, do not come here they are not reliable.

Tosh was so friendly and nice. We had a very windy day so the kayaking required lots of power. Not recommended for beginners or people who are not comfortable in open water kayaking.
We had a really nice group of people.
The little islands we stopped at unfortunately had litter and garbage. And there was no snorkeling. So the tour should not be called a snorkeling tour. But overall enjoyable and a fun experience.

I can't suggest this snorkeling tour enough! Tosh was such an incredibly personable and knowledgeable guide. The paddle boarding was amazing and the snorkeling was even better! Tosh pointed out such cool things on our tour and we got to see a crab literally come out of its shell. The entire staff was friendly and professional, it was a great value and a real highlight of our Miami trip for my daughter and I!
