We had a hiccup happen on our trip and had to re-group. We found this on Viator and took a chance to get out on the water in Miami. The team was friendly and communicated well. The boat was a decent size for a couple of people. They made the entire process easy. I would recommend them to others.

Amazing time with friends and the captain was awesome guy. The tour is excellent but we recommend at least 4 hours. 2 hour is not enough time.

The captain selection process was a little rocky as we had to pick three times as the first 2 captains got sick last minute. But our final captain Angel was the BEST!!! I guess 3rd times a charm! He was fun, friendly and super accommodating! We had an absolutely amazing time!

this was the worst experience i have ever had. I have been trying to get my refund for about 2 months now and they have denied me of it and charged me double. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone

Smita, unfortunately we have nothing to do with Viator or TripAdvisor, we are not in charge of charging you, they are, we are just the service provider, we already spoke with them and they can't find any double charges in their system, I suggest you contact them again or speak with your bank in this case. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing we can do on our end.

We had a great time. Everything was done accordingly and in timely manner and very organized. The rental company has great communication. Captain Santiago was super nice!! They give you water, ice, champagne bottle. Just make sure to bring your own cups, and plates if you do decide to bring food. They have the floating mat. Life jackets could me a little bit bigger for the kids ages 9-11

The staff were great and accommodating! Boat was beautiful and the we got very lucky with the perfect weather. Next trip back to Miami I will be visiting them again for another rental.

A wonderful time well spent! My husband enjoyed learning how to drive and maneuver the boat. It was our 4 yr. old’s first time and he really enjoyed it with no complaints. Everything was provided that was mentioned at booking. The gentlemen who assisted us was kind and patient. We will definitely be back!

It was a great excursion…. The owner was very nice… a few hidden fees like for parking and the insurance.. We got rained on some so we couldn’t enjoy like we wanted. Overall I would definitely do this again

Thank you very much for the great review, I am surprised by the hidden fees you mentioned because they are not hidden, the Protection is optional, and the valet is optional as well. We don't have hidden fees. I't sad you got some rain but Miami is like that, hopefully wasn't the whole trip. But thank you very much for the input and hope you come back soon.

It was a very fun experience driving around Miami in the boat, HOWEVER, at one point the control lever got stuck which is a serious safety hazard
