What started out as a super rainy/lightning day in Miami, was greeted by the most amazing captain and her partner on our cruise. Our family of nine from Chicago decided to stick it out and grateful that we did. We had a wonderful time with Captain Recy and they were extremely accommodating, super focused on making sure we enjoyed our time on their yacht, friendly, and just great people. Captain Recy, thank you for making our yacht experience absolutely incredible even through the rain. We enjoyed our relaxing and fun time with you and your husband. We will absolutely use you again when we return to Miami or in Fort Lauderdale.

it started from a dirty shipyard in miami. the baot is out of age and not well maintened. captain is friendly but the cruise was a disaster. we just go through a canal in the middle of oither dirty shipyards... this is just unacceptable, far away from european satndards.

We must correct the record about what actually happened during your charter: Your words regarding the boat were surprising because you were sailing on one of our newest and best rated models. Our boats are meticulously maintained, as evidenced by thousands of 5-star reviews here, from past visitors
Our 4:00 PM charter demands strict punctuality because the city closes the bridges at 4:45 PM to avoid Miami's rush hour caused by traffic. This was repeatedly established very clear in our previous notifications to you; the crew and all emails emphasize this point in their messages to you. You were thirty-five minutes late, so there wasn't much time left before closing time. You can only travel within that specific area once the bridge closes, which is the only explanation because you got stuck in the same locations and unable to go other places. Due to your delay. Although we weren't at fault for your delay, the crew was kind and offered you an additional 30 minutes of sailing at no extra cost in a sincere attempt to make sure your satisfaction.
An excellent trip consists of two parts: first, the company providing a high-quality product, excellent destinations to visit, and outstanding customer service—something we certainly delivered on; and second, the client following the appropriate instructions—which, evidently, did not happen.
We deeply regret your situation, and we also regret that(despite our team even granting you complimentary extra time to help compensate for the issue) we still received a negative review from you.
We hope you will travel with us again in the future(this time arriving punctually) so that you may enjoy our excellent services again, just as all our other clients on this platform do.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The crew arrived late, and the yacht had not been properly cleaned after the previous group. Although we were asked to remove our shoes, the floors were noticeably dirty. Additionally, we were not informed ahead of time that a staff member would remain present throughout most of our time on board. Their constant presence made the experience feel uncomfortable and overly supervised, which took away from the relaxed atmosphere we expected. Before the day of our event, they had me sign a contract and on the contract, it stated the price was $699. Then charged me $899 (I was assuming that was because they added the captains fee). The day of, while we’re on the boat, they tell me I have to pay another $300 for the captains fee and said the person made a mistake on the contract. Overall, this did not meet our expectations.

Hi Stacy, we’re truly sorry you left feeling this way, as that’s never the experience we want for any of our guests. With that said, we would like to clarify a few important points with you. First of all, the delay that day was related to marina authorization, which unfortunately is outside of our control, but we made sure your full 4 hours on the water were honored to ensure you received the complete experience you booked. Regarding the cleanliness of the boat this is very important to us and we’ll address that with the crew to make sure standards are consistent every time. However, at the same time, we do ask all guests to follow the pre-established rules outlined in the agreement, including our no-shoes policy to help protect the vessel, a rule your party didn't want to follow even when this was stated on the agreement you previously signed. Now, about the crew being onboard, they are required to remain on the vessel at all times for safety and insurance reasons, it’s simply how private charters operate, and their role is to ensure safe navigation and enforce policies that are clearly communicated prior to departure, these include policies regarding smoking and indulging on activities that we clearly stated were not allowed, activities you and your party decided to keep doing even after our attention calls. As for the pricing, the captain’s fee is mandatory and clearly outlined in both the listing, our website and the agreement, as required for legal charters. It’s not an extra charge added during the trip, and any questions about the paperwork were clarified before continuing so everything was transparent. Our records also confirm that the total amount charged was $899, which is the price shown and accepted by you on the listing at the time of the booking, the mention of $699 came from a simple typo on the paperwork, which was clarified with you before the trip started. We always aim to be transparent and fair, and we genuinely wish your experience had felt different.

The trip is decent, but the price is a major issue. They initially give you a price for the boat, but then they add a $300 charge for a day. To top it off, the crew wants a tip at the end of the trip. It’s a real bummer!

Captain didn’t answer the phone for 30 minutes as I stayed waiting there in the middle of this sketch parking lot on where to go. Ignored our calls. We started 30 minutes later because of irresponsibility and lack of communication. Bluetooth speaker didn’t work they had to use a JBL that could barely hear anything from. Just all around was a terrible experience and such a waste of money.

Your reservation was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and your group boarded the vessel at that time. As with all charters, departure can take a few minutes after boarding due to required documentation and safety procedures. While there was a brief delay related to marina staff availability during vessel handoff, this did not reduce your charter time. In fact, your group was provided additional time, returning to the marina at approximately 6:30 PM, which exceeds the duration booked.
Regarding communication, our records and the crew report do not indicate that calls were ignored. Our captains remain focused on docking, safety checks, and guest boarding during arrival windows, which can occasionally limit immediate phone access.
As for the Bluetooth speaker, the onboard JBL speaker was fully operational throughout the trip. While sound levels can be lower in the front seating area due to vessel layout—a known and disclosed limitation—music was playing during the charter, as confirmed by the crew and other guests onboard.
We strive to provide a professional and enjoyable experience for all guests, and while we regret that this outing did not meet your expectations, the charter was delivered as scheduled, safely operated, and with more time provided than originally booked.

The company is excellent, the boat meridian 42 is really beautiful, the marina really nice! No complains 100% recommend, the only thing is just make sure you chose the right capitan! I chose Roberto and he arrived 5 min to our departure time, no answer the phone calls with very bad attitude and rude! I paid for 4 hours but we ended up having 3hours and 1/2.

We booked a two-hour package for a boat ride, and upon boarding, we asked the captain where would we get out and swim at. He informed us that with the two-hour package, we wouldn't be getting off the boat. We ended up paying an additional $200 for an extra 30 minutes to travel to a spot about 15-20 minutes away from the dock. Once there, we got out, spent some time in the water, and then headed back without visiting any other locations. The captain explained that since we only booked a two-hour cruise, our options were limited.
I feel quite disappointed because it seemed like the two hours we originally paid for could have sufficed, especially since we only stopped for a short swim and then returned. The additional $200 for just 30 minutes, without any real sightseeing, felt excessive. As soon as we passed under the bridge, we swam a bit and then turned back. We didn't see or experience much of anything else. Although the captain was very nice and polite, I can't help but feel that the extra fees were unjustified, as the experience didn't match the promise of a tour.

Keith, after identifying the reservation and reviewing the details of your trip, we found that you arrived approximately 20 minutes late. Despite the delay, you expressed to the captain that you wanted to get in the water. He clearly explained that for 2-hour tours, anchoring is not feasible due to the time it takes to reach suitable swimming spots and safely prepare the boat for water access. As noted in the tour description, our 2-hour experience is a sightseeing tour only.
You then mentioned it was your daughter’s birthday and insisted on getting in the water regardless. The captain informed you that doing so would significantly reduce your cruising time. You agreed to proceed and he accommodated your request, even giving you 15 extra minutes beyond the scheduled return to ensure your daughter could enjoy the water.
Upon returning, the $140 crew fee was due. You paid $200 and instructed the crew to keep the change as gratuity. Given that, we find it unlikely there was any confusion regarding the payment, especially considering no additional time beyond the 15 minutes was provided, as the boat needed to return for the next scheduled charter.
We’re sorry to hear that you feel you paid for an extra service. However, based on the facts, the captain went out of his way to honor your request within the limitations of the booking, and the payment made was for the standard crew fee plus a voluntary tip.

The overall experience was good not great. The yacht was clean and comfortable. We were expecting to see more nature and swimming in open waters but this trip is about the sightseeing of Miami skyline and mansions. Really not interested in that. The crew mate Layling Briceno was very helpful and had smile on her face. The captain (Diaz) of the yacht had good knowledge about the boats and city but he was not interested or was proactive to make this trip memorable. We had to ask about the things that could be done and not wasting our four hours just sitting in the yacht.
