It was a great experience. The check in was fast and easy . The price is worth the experience for a hour. I definitely enjoyed and recommend the night time version. I loved the LED lights on the swan boats as well as the space available on board. I appreciated being able to bring food and my blanket!

This was a cute little family outing. The check in process was seamless and quick. The ride was about an hour. Give yourself time to park because it can get packed.

It's an ok experience, rainbow lake is not a lake but an over sized swimming pool. The paddling isn't for the physically unfit. We went around the entire area in 14 minutes, fyi. Definitely needs more lighting. It's a cute novelty.

Have a fun time with moderate exercise. Must make reservation ahead of time. But it is easy and worth it! Recommend making a reservation for early evening, as the sunset is the perfect time to cruise on the lake. Save time to ride the nearby Ferris wheel too!

The swan my husband and I were on seemed to not work properly. It was very windy so we’re turned around several times. They allowed too many people at the same time and we kept bumping into others. We wanted this experience to be relaxing and romantic and it turned out to be a nightmare. I do not recommend!

The boat was making weird noises and even started to sink. I called the Dock and no one came to help leading us to have to escape the boat with children. The children were crying and so scared, the staff wasn’t helpful at all.

It was so much fun! My husband and I have a very romantic time. We were expecting to have a little fun, but we had a blast. We were able to move our bodies, take pictures, and rest to enjoy the lights. I recommend doing it during or directly after sunset.

It was okay. They didn't tell us that if we reserve before 5pm our swan wouldn't be lit. We checked in at 450pm and missed it by 10 min. The kids were disappointed and non of the lights from the Christmas tree were on, so ultimately it was a regular paddle boat.
We went around the lagoon and returned the boat. It was a 15min ride. Would have been cooler if all the lights were on.

It was exhausting. The boat did not want to steer at all. We ended up going backwards a lot. Pedaling was much harder than we expected.

I made a spontaneous trip to California with my family and I booked this through the Viator app. Due to high winds the swan boat was cancelled and I was told to request a refund/reschedule on the app. In trying to do so, I got no where. No one answered, the options were confusing.

We are sorry to hear you got dumped on your date. Our pedal boats are human-powered and so they do require a touch of exercise to keep them moving. Our boats feature a large hull for increased buoyancy that creates a super stable and smooth ride. And our large paddlewheel makes for much more efficient pedaling so the boat moves with much greater ease compared to other pedal boats on the market. Our swan boats glide on the surface of the water creating less friction than other human-powered boats. So while our boats do require human power to keep them moving, we pride ourselves are providing the best pedal boat to explore the lake.

Had so much fun padding around. We laughed so much while learning to navigate the swans the lake was a nice size.well do this again. It would be nice if they had a timer or clock on the swan just in case you didn't bring your phone with you
