The tour was relatively short, but perfect for kids! It was a nice tour of the harbor and great value for the money!
Warm day - cooler out on the water. Fun to see the Queen Mary and learn about oil and cargo industries
It was horrible. We bought drinks on the boat and they were warm and I felt like the person who did the narration didn’t share a whole lot with us. And we have done a lot of viator.
we had our grandkids with us.So it was a good amount of time for them , but there was large groups of children on the boat and we could not hear any of the narration, because the groups of children were sooo loud and the motor was super loud also
My experience it was good and we have some fun in cruise while watching from top of cruise staff was also good and we some snacks and beer enjoying the view of whole Long Beach from ocean and what a fresh air comes it feels relax that whole things I enjoy lots Thanks.

Good. We sat inside. We had a little bit of a challenge hearing the tour guide. The room and tables were a bit dirty. The tables should have been wiped down. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the tour.
We took the Harbor Breeze boat ride, it was a great experience and good knowledge about thr harbor we didn’t know

While everyone performed their duties adequately to safely get us on and off board the boat. I would definitely stop short of saying, friendly and accommodating.
The “guided“ tour was pre-recorded complete with many mistakes and often not timed correctly to the sites that we were passing.
The route was sufficient to get good views, but again the pre-recorded information was not timed correctly
A couple of live interruptions to the pre-recording were the announcement of the sea lions, which was admittedly cool and of course, don’t forget to visit the concession stand.
While the boat was certainly safe and adequate again, it was not the vessel pictured nor would I anyway say it was nice.
Once we were safely docked and tied off, we disembarked to see a once again disinterested crew member, holding a tip bucket, looking expectantly as people passed by
I try never to leave negative reviews as I feel it’s mostly unreasonable people leaving unreasonable complaints. But it was pretty bad.
Then again, I guess you get what you pay for. Bon voyage.
We had time to kill before a flight at LAX. This was a great mini adventure for my family. The Captain was amazing and knowledgeable. We need more time for whale watching next time!
It’s just the right amount of time to see the highlights of the harbor. The weather was perfect! The sea lions were cute!

Great way to see Long Beach from the water - including the Queen Mary, loading docks (one of the largest in the world), oil drilling islands, lots of sailboats in dockage, miles of sandy beaches, etc.
Great trip for the price. It was hard to understand the guide but what you could make out was very interesting.
Very relaxing crews around the harbor and very informative about the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend for anyone

Inexpensive — worth the $20— you get what you pay for —— a little short tour —- not a comfortable place to sit on the top unless you want your back to the view —- they sell beer, no wine
The tour was just around the harbor but it was very informative. The staff were very polite and friendly. It was a good trip.
Our two year old had a great time seeing the seagulls and feeling the breeze. It was worth the time and the price was extremely reasonable.
All around 11/10 experience, got the tickets for $12 via Viator website a very unbeatable price for the stunning views you get from the moment you’re walking up to the cruise ship, to the moment it takes off. The 45-50 minute tour offers 2 restrooms one as soon as you step on the cruise and another just around the corner, it’s also got snacks, drinks, and alcohol beverages for those of age. I would definitely book again anytime.
This experience was so much fun and definitely worth it! The views were beautiful, the music and atmosphere were amazing, and the ride across the water was very relaxing. Before boarding, there were plenty of food and drink spots nearby in the plaza area which made the experience even better. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday with my family and create unforgettable memories. The staff was friendly, everything was organized well, and the whole vibe was fun and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this experience for birthdays, date nights, or family outings!
Viator took my money but didn't send me the confirmation until after the trip was over. Won't use again.
It was all worth it. My kids were enjoying it and it's their first time riding on a boat. They were having fun.
It's a great way to get a little overview about Long Beach. The only complaint is that it was sometimes difficult to hear the recorded information.

Although we waited for other people to board. We still had the entire 45 min. Doesn’t go far at all but it was enjoyable for people who have never been on a boat.!it was super!
Informative tour of the LA Harbor. The captain was very knowledgeable. We also saw dolphins and sea lions.
Beautiful experience and a beautiful day. However, the sound system on the boat was not very good. We were looking forward to hearing more facts about the history and the capacity and just interesting things about the harbor. However, the quality of the system was low and we cannot hear almost anything..
Very easy ride with lots of information about Los Angeles port. 45 minutes out on the water. Food and drinks available.
