Go on an adventure in Los Angeles’ Griffith Park up to the Hollywood Sign by following a guide who knows the area well. Your guide also provides snacks, bottled water, and sunscreen for the hike.
Once you meet your guide at the designated meeting spot, hike on the Innsdale Trailhead all the way to the top of the hill to the Hollywood Sign. At the sign, take in awesome views of Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Take your time getting pictures in front of the sign and of the surrounding area before making your way back down the hill.

This hike was amazing for good photos and memories. John is a great photographer he goes the extra mile to take great photos. The is also a great hike for beginners or people who don’t want to hike all the way to the top but still want good photos

We took the complete hike to behind the Hollywood sight it was an amazing hike. So beautiful and very informational. Monica and Jon and their sweet dog did a great job. Lots of great views and pictures. They were friendly and attentive and funny thanks so much.

We had a perfect day with Jon doing this hike. First, I think this would have been 10x more stressful if we hadn't had a guide. There are so many times where I would have gotten nervous and turned around if I tried to do this on my own. Second, Jon was a great guide: informative, funny, and really great with a handful of talkative kids. Definitely a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Everyone in the group was able to go at their own pace and drop off as needed with Jon pointing out landmarks so everyone could get back to where we started at any point. All of my kids raved about this saying it was "the best day of our lives" and "that tour guide was wonderful".

Michaela, Jon, and Mozart were fantastic. We had a large group but they were able to keep a nice pace everyone could manage. They took great photos of each group/individuals. The verbal history Jon gave with his comedic antics alone was worth the price but the dog Mozart was the major selling point for my animal loving 9 year old who hiked beside him almost the whole time. He was so sweet and took the hike from enjoyable to over the top wonderful! Would do it again in a heartbeat, highly recommend!

Had a blast! Wonderful guide, Jon, and his pup Mozart, and the group of folks were great. Jon knows the history, injects lots of humour, and is a king with smartphone cameras (ask him for a dolly shot). Some really amazing sights and the hike is not difficult. Book it and enjoy!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with our tour guide, John! From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire journey so enjoyable. The hike up to the Hollywood Sign was absolutely worth it — the views from the top are breathtaking and truly unforgettable.
John made the day extra special with his great sense of humor — he’s a real comedian and kept everyone laughing throughout the trip. He also went above and beyond by dropping me off at Starbucks afterward so I could easily get an Uber, which I really appreciated. That thoughtful gesture says a lot about him.
And I can’t forget to mention his adorable dog — so cute and such a fun part of the experience!

I was traveling solo for work and it was my first time in LA so of course I had to see the sign, but I didn’t want to hike it alone so I signed up for this tour. Turns out I was the only one signed up but they still honored my booking and I got a personal tour! The tour guide was fantastic and took even more fantastic pictures for me! And to top it all off we got to see three day old baby goats!!

Great tour with some history about the Hollywood sign and the area. Our guide, John, gave us some laughs and Mozart (the dog) was super sweet. Take the guide up on his offer to take pics for you at the best place for Hollywood sign pics. We took some of our own but him taking pictures of the whole family alone made the tour worth it! He's clearly done it a few hundred times. :) His pictures turned out great! Can you walk up the trails to see the Hollywood sign on your own? Sure, but I'd recommend this tour all day long for a first timer.
