Went with friends. The staff were decent. The swan boat had some lagoon water in it but was clean.
It’s a labor-intensive ride so be prepared to work those legs because you’re pedaling for everyone in your party. It’s great to experience once.
The boat we rented did not function properly. We had to contact the booth several times requesting assistance and they told us to keep trying. Once we got the boat into open area it stopped working and would not go the direction we were trying to go. After such frustration and could not get back my daughter and I exited the boat and they had to come a retried the boat. That was something that I’ve always wanted to do and it was a complete disaster. We asked to change boats but the said keep trying.
Request a refund please.

Customer service: 4 out 10 but Julius was friendly and was able to start off on a good start.
Swan Boat: 2 out of 10 not recommended for tall or long legs; seated low; we still tried it out.
Overall, easy to book and enjoyed ourselves making the best of the experience even though we had to shorten our ride.
It was great it's been some years where my husband and I had him n me time only... No other people just us.. meaning people we knews.. it was relaxing, fun, nice scenery.

We DID NOT get to avail of the Swan Boat rental we purchased from you. The tickets you sold were not honored for that day (April 18, 2026). According to the operators. They posted a LARGE BANNER on their website informing everyone that; For that day, there will be an event (A race) and anyone intending on going to the Swan boats MUST PURCHASE THE EVENT's TICKETS in order to access the event and get to their location. YET, your site did not have this information, and proceeded to sell tickets to unknowing customers. I am demanding a refund!
This was a very cute cheap experience perfect for date night or just something fun to do. Break up the boredom in your days. Wish it was a little bit bigger of a water area, but overall super relaxing
They should know that it's a great way to get a little bit of exercise in while taking in the beautiful scenery.
The boats aren’t very well maintained they were dirty and not cleaned apparently before hand. Wish I took pictures we paid for an hour and left after 15 mins
Your staff lost my ID because Sam told me I would have to leave my ID card for waiver during the ride but I forgot to pick it up and next day when I went back, no one knew where my ID was?
We had an awesome experience with customer service and had soooo much fun on the swan lol.😂 Definitely going back!💯
It was okay. The boats are definitely harder to do than expected. We were given 1 hour but only took us 25 mins to go around the pond. For the price it’s ok.

it's harder to petal an steer than you think ...but it was a nice activity. the weather was nice ..there was a nice breeze. I bet it's better ar night
We were a family of nine people, children , and adults , and we all had a blast. We did the ride at night and it was beautiful with the lights and the backdrop of Shoreline Village.

Fun and a good workout for the legs- Took a sec to adapt to the response of the controls but an awesome experience.
Fun activity but disappointed with rude employee. I booked 3 boats for a 6 pm reservation (knowing that sunset would be about 6:20) and we wanted to ride with the lights. After riding for a bit, we asked an employee if the lights would be turned on soon & she rudely said it was only offered to bookings after 6:30pm. I explained this was the only reason we booked the boats was for the lights experience and she rudely said, “it says on the site when you’re booking.” This is false as no where on the booking did it indicate this. In fact, it says, “you can even go for an atmospheric evening ride with LED lights on your boat.” If this is in fact the rule, then it needs to be stated clearly at time of booking because I could have easily booked for after 6:30pm. Very frustrated that this was not my fault and for the rude response from the employee.
It was fun, but could not get the steering right to make the boat stop spinning in a circle. Wish there was more tutorial on what to do if you are stuck. Overall I had a good time.

I called to move the time of my reservation and never received an email or a call. And I was not able to cancel the reservation because it was not within 24 hours.
Our daughter bought us the tickets and reserved the ride for us. We were so excited about it this is an amazing experience we really love it and enjoyed it. Very romantic and my husband was very impressed and wants us to come again. We did great for our first time. We really recommend it.
It was great, we were served as soon as we get there, very relaxing, nice views. It was just awesome.
Check the weather make sure it's not windy. It makes it hard to peddle. Over all not bad for a chill date with the wife.
It was a fun experience however the service wasn't the best and prohibited items are checked so other swan paddlers were smoking making the lake smell of Marijuana.
