Our daughter bought us the tickets and reserved the ride for us. We were so excited about it this is an amazing experience we really love it and enjoyed it. Very romantic and my husband was very impressed and wants us to come again. We did great for our first time. We really recommend it.

It was okay. The boats are definitely harder to do than expected. We were given 1 hour but only took us 25 mins to go around the pond. For the price it’s ok.

We were a family of nine people, children , and adults , and we all had a blast. We did the ride at night and it was beautiful with the lights and the backdrop of Shoreline Village.

Fun activity but disappointed with rude employee. I booked 3 boats for a 6 pm reservation (knowing that sunset would be about 6:20) and we wanted to ride with the lights. After riding for a bit, we asked an employee if the lights would be turned on soon & she rudely said it was only offered to bookings after 6:30pm. I explained this was the only reason we booked the boats was for the lights experience and she rudely said, “it says on the site when you’re booking.” This is false as no where on the booking did it indicate this. In fact, it says, “you can even go for an atmospheric evening ride with LED lights on your boat.” If this is in fact the rule, then it needs to be stated clearly at time of booking because I could have easily booked for after 6:30pm. Very frustrated that this was not my fault and for the rude response from the employee.

It was fun, but could not get the steering right to make the boat stop spinning in a circle. Wish there was more tutorial on what to do if you are stuck. Overall I had a good time.

Check the weather make sure it's not windy. It makes it hard to peddle. Over all not bad for a chill date with the wife.

It was a fun experience however the service wasn't the best and prohibited items are checked so other swan paddlers were smoking making the lake smell of Marijuana.

Showed up for it, but was told that they wouldn’t be starting until an hour later. They said they emailed everyone cancelling the visit but I never got emailed.

We are sorry for your very valid frustration. Yes, we were forced to temporarily close on Friday afternoon / evening due to safety concerns related to high winds in the area. This possibility is listed in your confirmation email. Because the high profile nature of the swan boats we cannot operate them in winds above 14 mph.
I cannot find the cancellation notice in your Viator booking record, but do see it in our booking software that connects to Viator, so I believe this was an unfortunate technical issue that you did not receive your notification in a timely manner - we sincerely apologize and are working with Viator to ensure the systems are communicating correctly.
I have asked Viator to issue you a full refund and you should see that credited back to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Should you have any questions regarding your refund including status, please reach out to Viator Customer Care at 1 (888) 680-1640.

The swan boats were closed and there were no notifications to customers that they would be closed for the day. I want my refund

Please accept our sincere apologies. Yes, we were forced to close on Sunday due to high winds. As noted in your confirmation email, for safety, we do not dispatch pedal boats in winds over 15 mph. High winds can cause swan boats to drift, collide with others, or get stuck. While we regret last-minute closures, guest safety is our priority. Normally a text message and email would have gone out in the event of a wind related closure, unfortunately the staff scheduled that day failed to send those notices as should have been done, for that we are sincerely sorry. We have submitted your refund request to Viator and you should see it credited to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
