We had a great whale watching cruise. The crew was excellent. We saw several grey whales and then a stampede of dolphins numbering 500-600 of them. It was awesome! Never saw anything like it. Would definitely do this trip again.

We saw lots of dolphins, and they were great. The crew and the ship was okay. It was crowded, but the seas were very choppy and lots of folks were sea sick, never saw anything other than dolphins.

Take a jacket with a hood. The wind is strong and the ocean breeze it COOL. The whole trip was wonderful. The kids and grandkids loved it. We didn't see any whales but saw many dolphins and everyone enjoyed that a lot. The lady who did the talking was very informative and interesting.

Arrive early for assured parking but the tour was great! The staff was friendly and they took us out directly to where the whales were. The guide was very knowledgeable of the different marine life.

Great experience. Got to see dolphins, seals humpback and fin whales. Very comfortable and very informative having staff from the aquarium sharing details of the California coast and its inhabitants. Much recommended.

What a great trip! The staff was very knowledgeable but also very personable. They walked around and talked about what we were looking for, made sure we all got to see regardless of where you start by sitting.
We saw 4 humpback whales and dozens of dolphins on my trip. It was amazing!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up seeing SO much aquatic animals. 3 common dolphin pods, 4 separate hump back whales and more. The captian was amazing at getting us to the right location and moving when needed.

Boat was very clean, easy to find. Of course they cannot guarantee sightings but boy did they deliver. 2 whales, hundreds of dolphins and a mola mola. Wonderful day on the water!! Very nice crew.

The boat ride was comfortable and there's a lot of seatings for everyone. There's a snack bar and 2 restrooms on the boat.

Amazing dolphin sightings -- three different pods, including some babies even! Lots of dolphins jumping our wake, too cool. Fantastic info from the guides on the boat. Price was more than fair, although boat was pretty crowded and free-for-all seating is kind of a pain. I'd pay extra to have assigned seating.

If you want to sit outside, line up early.
Although we sat inside by a window and still had a great time. Maybe better because we were out of the sun.

Great experience. Do take the advice to wear a sweater if you plan on staying on deck. Was able to see a humpback and dozens and dozens of dolphins.

This was a great experience and worth every penny. We got to see whales, dolphins, sea lions, sharks, and a Mola Mola. You start out with a quick safety briefing and instructions on what is going to happen. Then the boat heads out to find what is currently between Catalina Island and Long Beach. The crew is fantastic and works pretty hard to get you close enough to see without invading the space of the animal.

Absolutely amazing experience! We were in a group of 4 whales and about 150 dolphin for about an hour. The staff were amazing! Incredibly informative. Best experience ever!!

At first it was very windy and cold. So bring a jacket with you. Once they stopped the boat, it felt good. We sawc3 humpback whales, one Mekia Whale , Sea Lions, Dolphins, and lots of birds. We got to watch them play for over an hour. The guides were totally knowledgeable. Made our day!

We got to see a huge pod of Dolphins & several whales. It was beautiful. I do recommend warm clothing if its only 67 degrees outside. It was freezing but still worth it. Please take some cash & tip the crew.

Take coat or jacket - as it was very windy and quite cold. Also the sea was quite rough in parts. So if you are prone to motion sickness go prepared.
