Make your own way to the boat launch point at a time that suits you and get kitted out with a life vest to keep you safe. Bring your own snacks (alcoholic drinks aren’t permitted) or stock up at the onsite cafe before hopping on board.

The neighborhood was beautiful, the ride was great, would recommend it as like a first date type activity with wine, was relaxing even though I was working those legs, just wished the water shooting up was illuminated.

This was truly an experience! We had so much fun. Great girls trip night. Only down fall is reservations are a joke! If someone is planning this and a dinner they will be screwed on the time. If reservations are at 7. The. That’s what it should be. We get there at our allotted time only to have to wait for people that didn’t make reservations pay in line. Even though the young man asked did they have reservations they didn’t. That is not fair to those that did. My star rating is only for the fun so on my next review it will be a one star for sure.

Beautiful & romantic experience. I went with my girlfriend for the 7:20pm option and we had a beautiful view of the city peaking through the trees, the lights of the other swans peddling around us, a nice fountain, and great weather. It lasted enough for us to feel like we weren't rushed and felt like we were ready to go. Parking is a hassle, though we got lucky and found a spot around the lake only a 3-4 walk from the check-in spot.

Beautiful scenary at night. Wish they would open up the entire lake, because it gets a bit crowded in the area since 1/3 of lake is closed at night.

It was my friends first time on the swan boat and we both had a great time. I would recommend to go any other day than a Sunday night if you want less boats on the lake.

There are signs surrounding the lake stating the water is contaminated with bacteria and to avoid contact with the water, but the fountains were emitting mist that was blowing into our faces. There were also vendors crowding the sidewalk next to the line to check in, and it was very difficult to find parking. We did get some nice photos of the city on the water. We said to ourselves, “Well, we’ll never do that again.”

We went as a family and shad a lot of fun. Paddling the boats was easy enough that we all took turns and were able to just drift for a bit when someone got tired. The only downside is the signs about bacteria in the water. It makes you a bit concerned when water from the fountain is blowing on you.

Be prepared to wait in line even with a reservation. The boat ride was fun and good exercise. My child was kind of bored as she wanted to pedal but was too small.

It was very romantic to ride a swan-shaped boat at dusk and dark to see the city lights light up one by one. Great cardio exercise pedaling around the lake!
The staff at check-in and getting to/out the bout were polite and helpful.
If it depends on the Swan Boat owners - it would be more interesting to have the entire lake to ride.

Paid for a reserved time, arrived on time to a huge line, even if you have a reserved paid time slot you had to wait. Never got on because the line was too long & it closed. Should issue my money back, what a waste of money and time!
